I wish the bar area was open to wait for my order, but the pizza was great
The pizza was not very filling. It tasted okay, but the crust seemed a little too thin on the stuffed crust pizza. The ranch was not very good either. Their recipe is too sour. Overall, this reminded me of why I still go to Domino's or Dion's.
The ability to call after placing order to have cheese removed from pasta dish(allergy to dairy).
The pizza here is about average when it comes to pizza. I wouldn't say it's better or worse than other places. I do get frustrated about their wings prices and the lack of deals with a pizza+wings. Would like to see the wings prices go down and getting more. Honestly, who eats just 6 little wings? I'll keep ordering from here though as it's better pizza than other pizza places here in Roswell.
At this location it varies from good food to I wish I had skipped this meal. I guess it depends on who is working.
I placed the order early and arrived right in time so it should have been warm and fresh. The pizza was good but it appeared to have been sitting under the warmer for a while.
Placing the order was quick and easy, and the pizza arrived fast. The pizza itself was hot and top quality and the bottle of soda I ordered with it was cold and ready to serve. All in all just the kind of experience I want to have when ordering food for delivery.
App made the experience unpleasant and difficult. Also grew wait time which lead to a cold dinner. I'm without transportation at the time, so delivery was the obvious, definite choice. Which is why I now dislike the app as one portion of the app says delivery, and another one says carry out. (App asked for tip, who tips for carry out?)Upon realizing this I called and spoke to an eager young gentleman. He cleared up the misunderstanding and had our pizza delivered to my house. This was a problem as that Pizza had been waiting on the counter for carryout. (I had a hunch it wasn't at it peak freshness.) So I haggled with the gentleman for compensation and was told it would be made....It wasn't. I was lied to and not only not compensated, but disappointed at how cold the pizza was.
I live 25 min out of town..ordered the big box deal online $32 .pulled into the drive up waited 10 min. No help I could see the dude was just around the wall talking on the phone after another 5 min or so finally got his attn.he left and had someone else wait on me got the order and drove home ...totally wrong order it was the $22 version not what I ordered at all NO MORE PIZZA HUT FOR THIS FAM
Good pizza. Very nice young man at pick up window. He deserves a good raise
