Ordered a large watermelon strawberry slushy. Charged for a medium at the pay window tried to explain but got pushed to the next window. Got to next window where I was informed they had no slushies. Asked why I was charged and was told the pay window clerk wasn't informed. I was offered another option which I accepted, and was told to go to a third window. There was nobody there, but I figured that a clerk would show up. After about 6 minutes I pulled around and went into the store. Spoke to manager on duty who informed me the option I ordered wasn't available but the window clerk didn't know that because she hadn't been told either. Manager eventually returned my money. Why was I left on terminal wait at a non operating station? Does anyone know what's going on in that store? Apparently there was/is no communication between employees and management. We usually stop by there in the AM because my wife likes the breakfast menu, and in the PM for slushies.Change "usually " to "never". Once burned twice learned. But then you're too big a merchant to fail and care.
We ordered and usually when we get the same things it only comes out to 8 dollars but today it was 11 dollars. We asked them why but they didn't answer our question. Then after we took off the drink and was 8 dollars. Then we just asked for some sauce and they didnt give us the sauce. Also, we asked them for cheese and ketchup ONLY and they put pickles and onions. I don't like being that guy but that was bad costumer service.
ugh, same story, got my order wrong..... Again.. Gave me stuff l didn't. want, costing me more $ than l wanted to spend. if it wasn't so fast and convenient I probably wouldn't eat here but even the Cheap factor has vanished.
There was a cashier very nice lady needed help but there were 2 big oversized b's that didn't help her, felt bad for her
I've been here twice now and am really impressed. Very clean...super friendly...hot fresh food....this is what McDonald's is supposed to be.
What Can I say this is McDonald’s. You can expect the same from every McDonald’s you go to. That is one reason they do so well. The place was clean the staff was friendly. If they would just bring back Ronald McDonald’s, Grimace, and the Ham Burglar this place would be a five star.
It took 25 minutes to order after some very rude employee told another customer to shut the hell up. Same employee took my order, super nice even bubbly what a dichotomy. Our food was MCD meh! The show was priceless!!!
January 31,2022-Horrible! I go here regularly. I did not get what I ordered. Receipt reflected what I ordered but got something else. Very careless with some incompetence. North Main street store.
Just waited 15 minutes for a burger that was old and covered in ketchup! This is probably the worst mcdonalds in Roswell. Why wait so long for old food!? And why completely cover it in ketchup?? They need new employees for sure.
My wife Amber works here. Today she gets suspended for being sick two days. Obviously these managers expect their workers to remain well 24/7. That's fine. When her suspension starts, that's it. She will not be back at all. She will work that week. Just at a new job.
