Website claims to close at 11pm, I got here at 9 and it's closed.
The phone number they have on record does not answer. Lousy, unprofessional. I have to ask them to put the pizza in for another 8 minutes because it comes out floppy, which is unacceptable. It could be undercooked as well. Major changes need to happen as soon as possible.
Staff most of the time are rude and always a wait time they never have pizza done. Always have an excuse of short on staff or people order to much at a time. If they mostly sale pizza they should have enough ready.

Made an online order hours before so that my pizzas would be ready when I got off work so I could quickly pick them up. When you order online, it clearly asks if you want to pick it up inside or through the drive thru. I chose to pick up inside, I even received a pick up code, but when I got there, the doors were locked and they gestured me to go through the drive thru which already had like 6 cars. What is the purpose of pre ordering and prepaying if you still have to wait in the long line to get your items? And why are the doors locked? Plus 30 minutes after I picked up my order, they sent me an email saying that my items were still waiting for me.
Overly sauced and no cheese. Not the hot and ready we usually get. Has weird tast. Very dissatisfied.
Was good but not the best
I don't usually go to the one near Albertsons supermarket, but the past two times I've been by there, it's been a pleasant experience. Very friendly staff and very fresh and hot pizza's. A smile, a thank you, and a have a blessed day comes from the staff and I tell you some days it's nice to hear that. I'll drive accross town just to see them and of course for the fresh pizza's. Keep up the great service y'all.
