My quick fix of the day. Love their nachos and the steak chimichanga.

The weekends are menudo time for me. It's getting less and less appetizing at la salsa. Today my spoon hit something hard in the cup. Turned out a large bone. Once I removed it the cup was half empty. The broth had no flavor. Luckily I had some prepared red chili and chicken bouillon I could add to flavor it up. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I used to love menudo at la salsa :0(

Order was incorrect causing a delay I. The order process ending up with cold food for 3 out of the 4 meals for failure actively listen! Normally a good visit but getting a little bad lately

The outside seating was really enjoyable to ha e lunch and take a break from the day. Food was delicious and the salsa bar was an added treat. Mall entrance as well.

Apparently this place is the reason UFOs go so far out of their way to visit. La Salsa is worth stopping in Roswell even if you're just passing through! The restaurant is embedded in a mall but they have a separate entrance and open at 7 a.m. I got breakfast - two eggs with bacon, hash browns, tortilla and pancakes. Truly spectacular - eggs cooked exactly like I asked, bacon was crispy, pancakes were fluffy, hash browns were a style I'm not used to but very delicious, tortilla was huge and definitely homemade. They even threw in a yummy sopapilla. I asked them to smother the eggs and hash browns in red chili sauce, which was perfect. They have a condiment bar with about a dozen items, most of them salsas. I got the blackened jalapenos and onions that had been marinated in a soy sauce based marinade. Never had that before but it was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Bathroom spotless.

They have a salsa bar! We had a yummy breakfast. Biscuits and gravy with egg and hashbrowns is what I had. The Carne asada was delicious. So was the shrimp ceviche! They also have a bowl of menudo. Prices are reasonable, especially when you see the plate you get! You can also get a sopapilla with or without cinnamon.

Ordered a chimichanga and what I got was a burrito. Asked desk if I was wrong in assuming chimichangas are supposed to be fried. They said yes! Did a google search and I was (not surprisingly) correct.Don’t say chimichanga if you don’t deep fry it. First and last visit here

First time there and it Was not what I expected. I ordered a chimicanga and when I got my plate it was basically just a burrito. When i questioned it they said I need to ask for it fried. !! The food wasn't all that good but I do have to say the sugared sopapillas were good.

Cashier was rude. The one with a sleeve tattoo on her arm.We realized we had been waiting for over 25 mins. We decided to get an update on our order. The cashier said she didn’t know in an angry tone. We stood off to the side and she could tell we were getting impatient. A few mins later she asked another worker to go check the status of our order, and what do you know it had been ready.I mean come on any customer would start wondering what was going on when you hear numbers called in order then they call 3 ahead of yours. The other customers had way more food and we only had 3 burritos. One thing I noticed is that there not organized they have multiple people going from the front to the back or to the kitchen. Yet, the cashier with the sleeve tattoo stayed upfront and dealt with the customers. The woman with the sleeve tattoo shouldn’t be working the front if she’s going to catch an attitude with customers. It’s kinda funny though because if they were a customer at a restaurant you’d know they’d be complaining and writing a review if it were them.We got the asado burritos and they were good.Hopefully on the next visit they have their customer interaction skills on a better level.

Great service and good food
