Drive thru time seemed like every where else in town, long wait. Ordered a regular hot coffee with breakfast sandwiches. Got the food and waited for regular coffee. Lady at the window comes back with a "what are you wanting " face. 15 min later go into the store for status on regular coffee and see five employees just talking and hanging out. My coffee just chillin on the counter.
This is a Dunkin that embraces the town in which it sits. I placed a mobile order and while there was an issue with part.of.ir being out of stock the staff were quick to apologize and offer an acceptable solution. The cold brew was a welcome treat in the New Mexican desert sun. If you want great coffee in Roswell, don't miss this Dunkin. You'll be happier than you would with the mermaids cup.
Here in Roswell ? visiting the city and enjoying all the aliens :). Great coffee best in town. The service was friendly and fast. Cool place to hang out and relax after a long day...
Just go a little further down the road to Roswell Donuts trust me! I have had honey buns from 7-11 that were better than Dunkin!
When we arrived we were told the ice cream section wouldn't be ready for another 15 minutes which was fine. We ordered some coffees and donuts, after about 10-15min we asked if there was any ice cream ready yet for shakes and they told us another 15 minutes and it might be defrosted enough to use so we left.
The staff are always kind and go out of their way to help. They have even gone above and beyond to special order ice cream for our kids.
I always order a small ice smoke a latte with an extra shot of espresso in a medium cup with extra ice. For whatever reason this seems to always stump employees. I always end up with extra milk and my drink and it just doesn’t taste right. But not this this. They got my drink right and they did it friendly. They didn’t seem irritated with me. And all the cool alien stuff was just frosting on the cake.
Eat your Donut under an Alien .. they tasted fresh and the coffee was great
I ordered a ice cream cake . I prepaid it and got a call they lost the order. When I picked it up it was the worst looking cake ever. And not even edible. My 2 year old could have decorated it better than they did. Also not a friendly staff at all. Will not go back!
Seen a girl blowing smoke out of her mouth at the drive thru window, then she starts coughing all over the register.I Waited in the drive thru way to long for no one even being in line.I will definitely just make my Folgers at home,so disappointed there and I was so excited to try them out.( A couple weeks prior a friend ordered a cake there it was awful sam's club is better for cakes for sure)
