Wonderful service! I would like to give a shoutout to the server Irma. She was so incredibly kind and attentive. She was multitasking like crazy and still got everything out in a timely manner! Such a sweetheart as well. She definitely deserves a raise!
So I'm currently sitting here with my family waiting for oh 10-15 mins now and this place is not busy and and workers are standing around and the waitress comes up like she's going to seat us and says it's going to be longer. I love eating here and if it were slam packed busy I could see why waiting to be seated and right now there is no reason we can't be seated. So it's a few weeks later and I'm door dashing and I get a order for Denny's and when I get there the doors are locked and people are in eating and I try to call several times and the employee looks at the phone walks away. I walk up to the window he just looks at me and walks away I continue calling nothing. So my order was suppose to be picked up at 12:12 it is now 12:44 and if it's 24 hrs why are the doors locked?
My family and I came Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at around 3:30 pm. They had only one waitress and one cook. I have to say that my family and I were very pleased with the service of our waitress, she was attentive, sweet, and patient with us and our order. The food was also delicious.
The worst Dennys I've ever been to. Went in and stood there waiting to be seated for a few minutes. No acknowledgement from anyone, yet server was right there. Finally said excuse me and she said "Oh, just sit anywhere you want in a certain area". I preferred a table, because I'm a big man, but all they offered were booths. More than half the tables were dirty and my wife asked the server if he could wipe ours down, but he just continued to wipe tables that nobody was sitting at. We had been traveling for a while so I needed to use the rest room and relieve myself and wash my hands. Somebody had urinated all over the floor in front of the urinal and I almost slipped ? Went out and told him about it and he said I'll get to it when I can. Very annoying! So we moved to a different table, one that he had cleaned. Sat for a few minutes, but no server, no menus, just plain no acknowledgement that we were there! There were only two tables in the whole place that had customers at them. I said come on honey we're not eating here. As we were walking out, we heard another customer say "I think we're being ignored!", I said "That's why we're leaving", and walked out. I would give it no star if I could. Terrible, DO NOT RECOMMEND!
The food was fresh and good. The dining area was clean. The service was amazing! Irma was our waitress, runner, cashier, everything. She was kind and welcoming. She is the main reason we will soon return to this location.
After waiting for 15 monutes to be seated we wslked out. They were not busy and three employees working. I should say two employees were working and one male employee talking to them and preventing them from doing their job. He would be fired if he was my employee. Restaurant was not very clean!!
We've had better but overall the experience was good. Store is clean and the staff mostly tried to be helpful. Minor issue with check took longer than it should have taken, but was easy to resolve.
The service was great! The food was delicious and the perfectly cooked eggs were great as well. I enjoyed my experience there. The coffee was so fresh also
Giving one star because I have to in order to leave a review. Family of six and wanted 37 minutes before I got up to complain for someone to take our order. Then noticed our waitress take two other tables orders who got there after us. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Our family has never been treated this way at a Dennys. We are visiting from Arizona and had hoped to be treated equally. We will never go back. To the waitress that was completely rude and pretended we were not there shame on you. You should not be working in customer service. Avoid the tall red head
We had been traveling, There isn't much room to park hauling a trailer. We had to wait to get a seat then we had wait again before we got our drink order taken . We did a lot of waiting . They said they were under staffed and the manager was cooking. They didn't have a cook . I ordered the omelet , my husband the sirloin steak . We saw other people get their food. We waited to go to Denny's to try to get a decent meal. I can understand being under staffed but from a consumer it would be nice to have service . Now we didn't have any food and we are still hungry. We walked out .
