This DQ went above & beyond in serving our youth group while on our way home from camp. We called in an order for around 70 people the day before and they had it ready for us. They set up their patio area & invited us to stay & eat there instead of having to eat on the charter bus. Then they gave all of our kids an ice cream cone. Thank you for great service!!!
Good place to eat but don't let them pull you forward, just save your time and go inside! Guaranteed to have the order right and fresh
I came through and ordered a salad and 2 large waters... they gave me a salad with NO FORK (am I supposed to use my hands? Or be happy that I paid 9 dollars for 2 chicken strips?) And the forgot my waters.. I had to remind them and they gave me medium.... my experience at this restaurant has been terrible. They disconnected the phones when I tried to call them about it.
Too bad I have to give them even one star. This place does not allow use of the app or points. Ok. Not the end of the world. But tonight my other half & I went in for dinner. The girl who took our order was the most clueless I have seen in a long time. She was difficult to understand & didn’t listen. I ordered a three piece chicken strip dinner. She asked me if I wanted the meal as she thought that was the only way to get the three piece. I said ok, whatever, that was fine. Then my other half ordered. We paid for it & I went to the restroom to wash my hands. Told my other half to get the country gravy for me. When I came out, the girl asked me if I wanted the three piece meal or the four piece. I stated that I would take whatever we paid for. We went & sat down. She brought a bag out with my partners burger & said I’m sorry. That was it. She did not put anything on the order for me to eat! We left & I had to go elsewhere to get my dinner. WILL NOT RETURN!
The burgers are now called stackables because the meat patties are paper thin and dry. Let’s not forget the one small tomato slice, minute o lion slice that was a single ring, and two pickle slices. Add the cheddar ( no American) and bun. This isn’t a burger it’s a joke. Two bites of nothing but bread and bit of dried meat was all I could stand. Don’t believe the pictures on the menu. Go to a Texas DQ!!! They know how and what to fix.
Had to wait awhile, but after I got my order... MAN!! My burger was HOT and fresh!! The ice cream sundae was too notch, and the fries were fresh as well! Highly recommend!
So Disappointed, so much Greed in the world, how much money is required for companies and owners Ordered a $6 full meal deal, the hamburger was just a piece of meat mustard, ketchup, pickles and cheese smaller than a $1.00 McDonald's burger, I stated mayo 3 times, still got mustard,small fries and a medium root beer, alo ordered 2- 6 piece chicken strip basket, one was short 1 chicken strip, then charged.49 cents for BBQ sauce which was not included, there was No toast, just 1 slice of bread cut diagonally all mushed..... It's like no one takes pride in their work performance, management let's workers do as they please and I'm sure corporate and realityowners of the Chavez no idea how bad service is and for a meal that cost $6 you can buy better at McDonald's for $3 with a free drink
Long wait after we ordered but order was correct, hot, & tasty. Clean dining area & curteous staff.
Ordered through door dash and my blizzard was completely wrong. No brownie pieces and no cookie dough that I paid extra for. Dissatisfied.
They are SLOOOW. And the blizzard wasn't mixed at all, you get the good cookies or whatever on top and then just white Sunday.
