We were 1 of 4 tables seated and the rest of the restaurant was empty. Even with a nearly empty dining area, the bartender was bussing tables and asking folks if they needed refills. Not sure where the 3 servers and hostess were. We paid at the table only to realize the ticket we paid was not ours. We notified our server who went to the back to let the manager know. Rather than coming to speak to us and help out, the manager sent the server back to our table to say the manager would void that transaction and then our ticket would show up. We waited..and waited. Finally the server came back to tell us the manager said to just pay the difference in the ticket we paid and our correct ticket. Not only was this handled improperly in my opinion but the MANAGER should have come to us rather than sending the server back and forth.

My to go salad was missing a main ingredient (avocado) and had no utensils to eat it with and did not have the extra ranch I ordered.I called and asked them to bring out the rest of the ingredients that are supposed to be on my salad, and they just left me standing outside in the heat waiting until I called a third time. Then they brought me avocado.Still no ranch or utensils. The woman, who is the same person I spoke to on the phone all three times, told me it’s not her fault because she didn’t take my order (?)Then she asked if I wanted to come back a third time and stand in the heat to get my salad dressing. The answer was obviously no.

I mean don't get me wrong, the food was good. The service though, that was beyond horrible. Our waitress came to our table 1 time not including taking our order, and taking 4 trips to bring all of our food they kept forgetting to bring. Paid for an unlimited, and was no point. Had to ask after 10 min for someone else besides our waitress to bring us another bowl. In the future it is much more worth it to just order to go since that's basically how we felt anyways. Our waitress was enjoying talking to her bar customers because they were buying drinks. I guess because we weren't we were not good enough for her attention.

There were maybe 10 people in the whole restaurant 4/11, we were told 15 minutes, should have left at that point but really wanted Chilis. After 35 minutes we're finally seat. The hostess got our drink but we were ignored for another 15 minutes after that. We finally left. The hostess was sitting out front on a bench smoking, hopefully for her sake she quit and will find somewhere to work that has some sort of management.

very good food but very expensive food good to go there they have nice people

Waiter was really working hard, but had all the tables and the bar, but he was still doing a good job. Ordered food about 5 minutes after getting there. The soup came about 5 minutes after ordering, but that was the end of anything quick out of the kitchen. The food took about an hour more to come and by that time the chips and soup had almost filled me up. I had a coupon for a FREE desert and decided to use it and take my food home. I will never order a dessert at Chili's again. Took almost 45 minutes to get the cookie and ice cream. I ended up telling the waiter to just make the cookie to go, for we had to be on the road. After waiting 45 minutes you would think the cookie would be warm, but it was almost as cold as the ice cream. I know it was free, but it was the only reason we chose Chili's for lunch and I will NEVER let your FREE dessert sway me into coming into the restaurant. Chili's is one of my favorite places to eat, but not that of my family. I get ribbed by them for eating there so much, and it is not worth it. It will be a long time before I eat at another Chili's.

Bad, food came out cold, burnt and not the way we ordered it. Plus, they ran out of soup at 3:00 so my friend didn't get his soup which took 20 mins for mine. Bad management. Ohoo, plus our beer was not charged correctly it was happy hour. At this point (talk 2 manager twice) I just paid. Just be careful, there all confused..

Hey...okay this is a Chili's. So? I'll tell you what. Eat at the bar. You'll feel like a million bucks because the bartender is the sweetest gal in the West. Seriously. Tip her good. Food was great, I got called beautiful and service was that of a fine dining establishment. Kudos guys!

Absolutely awful. Came in to an almost empty restaurant, was told 30 minute wait. We waited, our first mistake. We got seated in about 25 minutes, however once we were sat, it was about 15 more minutes before someone came by the table. Second mistake was not getting up and walking out. We ordered our water, chips salsa and meal right then and there. I kid you not it was almost 40 minutes to get our meal. The server came by for our drinks, never again other than when we were eating our meal and informed us we can check out on the tablet.

I like their food, but they've struggled to hire through COVID and it's painful to visit anymore. This restaurant seems to operate at about 40% capacity with extreme kitchen wait times. Plan 1.5-2 hours from seating to finish for dine-in. Good luck with takeout.
