Could I ever, possibly, have fictionalized getting over Burrito Express in Roswell, NM?? No. And do not ask me too. Thems fightin words!! I moved all the way to Camp LeJeune NC & my mind was at Burrito Express each and every day!! (For 3.25 years.) And let me tell you, the pregnancy cravings were so damn hard!! BTW, I had twins, so magnify said cravings by 2!!
Best chile rellenos you will ever stick in your mouth! Quick service. Well worth the cost! Freshly made tortillas.
Hands down my go to spot anytime I visit Roswell. Steak combo burritos red or green. Talk about comfort food.. yummmm

I stumbled across this gem because I had business at the UPS store next door. The drive up line was around the building at 10AM on a Friday. I'm glad I went inside. I had a delicious breakfast burrito at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for a family friendly breakfast stop this is it. It looks like they cater events too.
Food is always good. Comes fresh and hot. Not sure why they have express in the name. Nothing fast about this place. So if you have 20 mins to wait this is a good bet.
The food was good but they gave me a half casadilla when I ordered a whole one. And that Jabba the hut looking lady was super rude for no reason because they didn’t give me a knife to cut my food.
