Made me pull forward in drive thru, had me wait 15 minutes for them to come out and say it’ll be another 8-10 minutes because they had barely started cooking the chicken I had ordered.
I come here often, the always have my meal fresh and fast!!
Placed an order on 3/12/22 @ 3:20 pm for a #1 mustard whopper, no tomato, heavy pickle and heavy onion. When I received my order the burger had ketchup, so I asked them to remake it. I'm asked to pull forward while my order is remade. The worker brings my remake, I double check and I'll be damned if it doesn't just have 1 slice of tomato but 4 slices. I showed it to (Fabian) and all he did was laugh. At that point I was furious, so I asked for a total refund. I asked Fabian if that's his name for the general mgr or the DM's name and he refused to give it to me stating I could find it online.These issues continue to happen.
This place is so hit or miss. I only come here when I have a coupon. You’re food is either cold or they are out of something, the list goes on and on. I like the food when it’s prepared correctly!
Every Sunday we decide to eat at Burger King because the restaurant is very clean, the employees are very friendly and the service is very fast.
manager did not give me my extra onions on the side as I requested,fries was cold,no napkins inside my bag,very poor customer service.
Every time I come my order is either rang up right and food is wrong or its just completely wrong there where a few times I got all my breakfast with no eggs at all I an my partner where upset because we order burritos a platter and a sausage croissant and nothing had eggs we had to drive all the way back and make them fix it

As usual, nice staff, order was 100% correct. The gal that helped me was super nice and we shared a couple of laughs.
The cashier was new, and was put in a sink or swim situation, which wasn't fair to her. She tried, bit needed more training.
