Friendly service and food was good. They are understaffed like most locations, but our waiter was very attentive.
This store had alot of people for mid day Saturday, the service was alittle slow but once we changed tables the new server did great had a great meal.
Came here to enjoy some food and some fight and that's exactly what happened staff was very nice and helpful with the food options and did a great job not making us feel rushed in anyway to enjoy the fights that were on. Food was reasonably priced but was delicious. Not impressed with the buffalo dry rub but hey that's okay, that's just me. Definitely recommend to enjoy watching sports and eating great food!
My husband and I ordered off the app and we got the 20 traditional, 20 boneless, veggies and fries. Plus an order of large cheese bites. It’s our little “May the 4th be with you” party…except it got here and there are no fries. We’ve ordered off the app before and they always miss something. I’ve never mentioned it before because I thought it was just back luck. But this makes 3 times and it sucks. I called and the manager offered a gift card for the fries, but she didn’t even seem to care. I told her I didn’t need the gift card, but that she should have her team double check orders before they send them out.
Our server was the best! Very attentive and informative. We sat to the right next to the server station party of 4. Two youth and two Adults. We ordered Appetizers, cheese sticks and fried pickles. My daugther had two sides of mac and cheese and potato wedges plus Two strawbery lemonades. My son had the buffolo blue burger and an order of 10 wings. Wife had the buffulo wedge chicken salad and my fries. I Had the bacon smashed hatch chile burger/no bun add lettuce and 10 jalapeno wings. Wish i remembered our servers name.
Changing my review here, first experience was good. Second experience not so good. 1-1.5 hour wait for a table, due to staff shortage on a Thursday night. Half the restaurant was empty, needs new management.
Rude staff. Sign on the door says masks required, staff have masks below chin. Asked for a high top, was seated, but after 15 mins, no one had come to my table. So I asked to do takeout order. It took 30+ mins for the order, when there were hardly any guests dining at the time. This location definitely gives BWW a bad name.
Upon entry, no one was at the front check-in. No masks worn by staff (or masks down below chin), even though there were signs on the front door requiring masks for entry by customers. When she finally came, I asked for a table away from others, she sat me in the middle of a crowd. I waited 15 mins, no server came to my table, so I went back to the front to ask for takeout instead. It took over 35+ minutes for my order to come out. Rude staff, terrible experience, and it gives Buffalo Wild Wings a bad name.
Incredibly rude.Host didn't seat us. He told us to "sit in there" as he pointed to the south side the dining room.Ok....We sat down. No one came to our table. A server walked past us 3 times. He didn't even look at us. There was one other table in that particular part of the dining room that had 6 or 7 diners. We decided after about 20 minutes or so to give up, and we left.
I wish I could give this (one and only) Roswell, NM Buffalo Wild Wings a negative review.Unfortunately, I must leave at least 1 star. This visit was ridiculous. The server was nice enough, but my "meal" was ludicrous. I asked for street tacos and they were out of chicken. I asked for a bacon/guac burger and they were out of both. So I asked for a cheeseburger, no onion, mayo, & extra lettuce (as I'm on a keto diet). I also asked for a side salad with ranch... no ranch. Also, no carrots or celery, coleslaw, or pretty much anything else.So (as in the pictures below) I was literally served a very tiny, sad patty with cheese and a very small amount of shredded lettuce. I had to ask our server for a fork and knife, tomatoes, pickles, and mayo. The vegetables were extremely sad too I was beyond nice with the server and the manager. I did not raise a fuss or even raise my voice. When the server brought the check I questioned my $9.48 sad patty. She came back and said her manager said that's how to charge me. They cannot discount a bun, onion, a side... nothing. So when the poor girl came back I asked to speak with said manager. 10 minutes later the manager came up to me and said the server didn't know how to ring up "just a patty". She blamed it all on the poor server. And this story just goes on... and on... and on.Basically do not try to eat here. And yes I realize that there are covid supply chain issues (remember I was nice, quiet, & pleasant)... But you can't tell me that they couldn't go to Shamrock, Sam's Club, Walmart, Farmers, or Albertsons to purchase items that they were lacking from their menu??
