My kids and I arrived on a Friday evening to an empty restaurant. The dining area was exceedingly clean and everything was well stocked. The manager was super friendly and brought out our order with a smile. My kids ordered cheeseburgers and I got the NM Lotaburger with bacon + jalapenos. I unwrapped the burger and took the picture. So rare do you find fast food preparations look exactly like the pictures. The patty tasted fresh, was seasoned, and the veggies were crisp. Everything was delicious and the kids was very happy with their choices (for once).
Best burger that I have ate in a while. I’m from Texas but this burger gives whataburger arum for its money. I would definitely it eat it agin.
The dining room was so clean and modern. It was nice to see. The customer service was also really nice! Got to love when the morning crew is cheerful, it made the whole experience refreshing!
The food was good, but the service going through the drive through was not. The kids that were working were too busy playing on their phones, which is probably why they got my order wrong. They definitely need better management.

This Blakes Lotaburger is VERY CLEAN! Employees are friendly, helpful and awesome teamwork! Didn't wait more then 10 mins for our burgers/order. Everything was freshly made?
Very good burgers,less than a McDonald's and they serve real meat patties. Why would anyone eat at the arches with Blake's in their town. Wish had one where I live now in Texas
I wanted to leave a 4 star review but the cleanliness of the restaurant was terrible. This is a newer location and looked nice on the outside but we had to ask to get a table cleaned. And the floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in a few days. Also, the girl that took out order had ZERO people skills and came off as rude. I have no complaints about the food though. Me and everyone else in my party thought it was excellent.
The food is very tasty and feels fresh. Very streamlined menu not many options but if you are after a simple burger... this is one of the better fast food choices
I had the worst experience at this location. Especially with the “manager” with two nose piercings (did not get his name). I called in to place an order and when I got there I asked the guy to review my order and he read it for me, I paid and he handed me 3 orange juice. I told him I did not order that, can he please just refund me for the drinks. He refused! After several attempts he said I had to call corporate to get a refund. I got upset and I did try to get him to refund me because anywhere else I have been they just refund you. After a while of arguing with him, I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager and I told him he was the rudest manager ever and he kicked me out of the store. I have never ever been treated like this at any other Blakes location. I’ve been to Blakes locations in Alamagordo, Moriarty, Carlsbad & Albuquerque. This is by far the worst managed one.
