I was not expecting such great food from a bar and grill, but I love being surprised. The Cuban sandwich was so good and you can't beat the low prices. I love their homemade fries.
We always have a great time when we visit Billy Ray's! Very cold beer, clean tables, fun atmosphere. And every band we've seen have been great!
Wednesday is Prime Rib day, fantastic value and always delicious.

Billy Ray's gets a three star because the other two bars in town took the first and second star. I don't believe Billy Rays would survive if it wasn't a restaurant during the day . Billy Ray is a horrible DJ, but that's why we love him right? Everyone really loves it when he cranks the volume back and forth, and changes every song about 30 seconds in. Karaoke is like scraping your fingernails on a chalkboard then licking the chalk off of your fingers. Oddly enough, I do enjoy the local live bands when he has them. Two more things I like about Billy Ray's is that I haven't been shot at, YET, and no one has tried to stab me,YET, that's something I can't say that about the other two bars, ?.PRO TIP#24 when you walk to the bar double or triple your order. If you don't, then you will be standing in line sober all night waiting on your drinks.If Billy Ray would hire two more waitresses / bartenders Billy would be able to double his Revenue even after paying the new help. My friends and I really do love the atmosphere at Billy Ray's, but the long waits for drinks is a deal-breaker for us and that's why we don't stay past the one drink order.

Great place! Family owned. Billy Ray and his family are amazing people, I had a great time with my wife watching quint and the triad. Great burgers and beers. Would recommend to anyone. Can't wait to come back when in town.
I will tell you from the beginning, the waitress is a little cantankerous, but she warms up fast. This is beyond a better steak than you can make at home for the money. On Wed, the prime rib is unbelievable. The ribeye is unbelievable. You can’t eat it all. For 28.95, you simply cannot make a prime rib that is enormous, a salad and loaded bake potato at home for the price. All of the steaks are hand cut, and you can’t go wrong here. It’s a must eat at Roswell.
Hands down, the best steak I’ve ever had. And so unexpected. Total dive bar with great drinks. Best place to eat in Roswell. And drink. Get the relleno stuffed ribeye. Holy cow!!!
