Really good BBQ, definitely a hidden gem. Owner is a retired fire fighter and the restaurant is fire fighter themed. Will be stopping by every time I drive through Roswell.
This BBQ joint is the real deal. Paul and his staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely delicious and I have had a lot of BBQ. Lots of good beer options. Amazing food, fantastic service and a laid back atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

For once a place that actually lives up to the hype in the quality of their food!!So tender, moist, and delicious.We ordered 1 rack of ribs, 1 lb of Brisket, 1/2 lb of pulled pork, 2 qt of Mac n cheese, and side of Cole slaw. All 7 of us were stuft and had plenty of leftovers for later.The image is of the aftermath.
We were visiting Roswell and saw this place had really good reviews. It did not disappoint! Being from Texas, we have high expectations for BBQ, and the brisket was amazing and extremely tender. On the side, we tried the baked beans, corn, and mac and cheese, all of which we liked. We ended up ordering extra brisket and jalapeño cheddar sausage to-go. We ran into the owner, Paul, on the way out, and he was so friendly! It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Took my family there because day before my oldest son had posted pictures of the food his family had ordered and it looked so delicious, the poppers is what I was looking forward too and the ribs, anyways it was very good and next Saturday I’m gonna take my sister. You will Not be disappointed
Decent food, the ribs are fall off the bone but the seasoning is not great like other BBQ places I've been all over the country. The brisket is decent as well, dry in center. Awesome atmosphere with antique things, awesome seating, good service.
Dog friendly with excellent bbq, terrific sides, and yummy desserts. The staff are super friendly and attentive. We ordered takeout because we were traveling with a dog, but they welcomed us in with open arms. So we ate there, which was great because it was 98 degrees out. Highly recommend. Or as they might say in Roswell, it was out of this world. We definitely didn’t feel like aliens there.
If you come to Roswell New Mexico this bbq spot is a must!!!! My favorite was definitely the queso on the brisket nachos!!!! Yummy ? They have a huge food challenge here for big eaters! Man vrs food did a show here! The bar and TV setup is great!! Lots of great parking for trailers or RV’s easy in and out. Overall fantastic bbq and cold beer!! They stafff is super friendly. ?
