2 large orders of stale old curly fries. I'm literally sad. And why always the long wait at this location?..it definitely couldn't be for the fresh fries.
Most Arby's would get one star, but this particular location is an upgrade. Went one night and left before even ordering because it was such a disaster, but went back a few days later in the day time and everything was perfect, I had that classic roast beef deli meat with the Velveeta and onion bun ... sinfully delicious.
Only got half of the food I was charged for. So now I have to drive all the way back again. Awesome.
The fish sandwich was sub-standard except for the portion of the fish. Corporate management needs to rethink the strategy (and the 'recipe').The place is not clean and employees were working mask-free
It started with the drive thru.The young man with the two toned curly hair acted so high and he kept laughing. He kept asking us to repeat our order several times and even told us to wait because he was talking to someone else. The heavy set lady with rotten teeth kept disappearing in the back with our credit card. Several workers kept looking at us then each other laughing, which raised the hair on my arms and caused suspicion. When the younger girl went to make our shakes, I saw that the ice cream was liquid and I knew it was time to pull around and go in. $68 is no chump change for fast food....When we went in,we saw what was happening. The young man who took our order left and hid in the parking lot. My son opened one of the sandwich boxes to a rotten green brisket sandwich with hard cheese and old fries on it... along with hair!...BEWARE!! We were tourists and maybe that's who they single out. But, maybe they do this to residents also...We were fully refunded but will never return...ty to everyone else in town ! We had a great time other than this?
Absolutely hideous service! There were at least nine employees working, including two managers, and I was the only customer inside, but it still took over 20 minutes to produce a 4 item online order, and it was wrong. Went back and it took 18 minutes to get 3 chicken strips, small fries, and a cheddar cup. No one in that store cares about what they are doing. I will not accept any more deliveries from this store.
Ordered the Half pound French Dip with extra cheese, medium fries with a side of cheese sauce, with sprite. Low and behold the only thing that was right was the sprite. This is the only Arby's that I have been to that gives you 1/4 of the roast beef. Someone needs to learn how to read and order. If I could of used my company truck to get my food I would of. I wish I could of gave zero stars.
Good,of coarse it expensive as everything in the USA now,but food was hot and fresh!Sevice was quick,and 6 dollars for two sandwiches is a good deal in this town!
Great young man took my oder and handled himself very professionally. He was kind and knew his menu. Every question got answered! The food was great and fresh an the other staff was great as well!
Food was really delicious. Plenty of meat on the 2 for $6 sandwiches. Almost like a whole packet of meat.
