This is my second visit ever to Whataburger stopped at one two days ago and it was amazing the customer service was great the food was awesome everything was perfect this particular location here refused to help us out nearly as much refuse to do any of the extra orders refuse to do any of the stuff made us wait over 10 minutes just get the shakes because they forgot to refill the shake machine the order wasn't correct by time we got it it was just ridiculous. So far I'm 50/50 on Whataburger
So I sat in the drive thru line here for 45 minutes to only get up to the speaker and find out that they were out of a ton of stuff and there was going to be a 45 minute longer wait. They said it was due to big orders in front of us and 1 cook, yet there were only 3 cars. One cook isn’t my problem and someone could have come out to let us and the 15 cars behind us waiting know about serious delays. Giggling about being out of stuff and a wait that long when we got there to order didn’t sit well and honestly if you are having that much fun playing, then it sounds like someone else could have gotten on an apron and helped pick up the slack instead of playing around. When I called to speak to a manager it was treated like it was no big deal and was discouraged from trying to find another closer so we could eat. Had we not been held up with their nonsense it wouldn’t have been an issue. Went to the one I was told to avoid and We literally were only in line and to the window in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous how the Rio location acted. . Even though this location is 2 min from home I will never come to this one again. The one by Cottonwood mall however is top notch and I appreciate their speed and professionalism.
Just passing through but It was extremely busy at 2 MST which was to be expected but they had only 1 person on the registers. Kids were standing around on their phones and visiting their friends while the manager was working hard. A woman had to wait for what seemed like forever to get the condiments she requested.Behind the registers, cups were all over the floor and the bathrooms were in VERY rough shape. The mens restroom had 2-3 bags worth of trash on the floor, no soap, toilets a mess, water wasn’t working, and on and on.I know good workers are hard to come by but jeez.
The place is immaculate as far as clean, the female helping us was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was my burger patty was the same size as the kids burger? I added green chili but forgot cheese. Pretty much felt like a vegetarian burger. I wish the person would of suggested cheese. we will go back. Kid friendly ?
This place almost killed me tonight. I ordered a double with only cheese and ketchup since I'm allergic to mustard and that's usually the easiest way to not get mustard. I get home, open my burger and it's loaded with mustard. Check your food if you're using the drive thru, especially if you have allergies
The drive thru doesn't get the orders right. I always order onion rings but they never can get them in the bag.I almost always have to go back to ask for them.More times than not the drive thru orders are wrong.The last time we waited almost 20 minutes at the drive thru and no one seemed to want to take our order.We finally just left and so did several other people.Whataburger is located in a convenient place on our way home which is a good 60 miles away.
We usually get WHAT-A-BURGER before leaving town to head home to Aztec. We waited in the drive thru line for an Hour! When we got our food it was cold, USUALLY it's hot and fresh, not this time. We were a bit disappointed. My Husband usually eats the double whataburger and kiddos get their usual kids meals but they don't like the nuggets ? The salads are HUGE tho.
I waited for 5 minutes at the drive up speaker. I kept asking if anyone was there and clearing my throat playing music anything to let them know I was sitting there. I was about to just drive up to the window to order since the cars in front of me finally pulled up enough when the girl came on and asked if I had ordered. When I got home the order was not correct and let's just say the wife wasn't happy with what she got. So we ended up having to eat something else.
Whataburger is awesome. But not this one.They absolutely do not care about allergies.I had to use my epi pen and go to the hospital because of their neglect. They did not listen at all.Thanks a lot for ruining this entire chain for me. FU.
I went to the Bernalillo location in NM. I ordered a cobb salad with grilled chicken for my dad. The lady asked for my name which I asked why instead of just making up an order number for my order. She replied, "I don't have time to deal with this. Just pull up." I pull up at the window and someone else explained why her behavior was like that and answered my question better. I said, "that wasn't very nice what she said". Whoever her name is I do not appreciate being treated like that. I asked simple questions and I expect an answer for each of them. If I cannot get friendly customer service then there is no need to come here for food in the future.
