Not sure why the lobby was closed, but I went through the drive-thru and ordered a biggie bag. They messed up my order in three different ways even though it was all correct on the receipt. I didn’t get my sauce for my nuggets, I didn’t get my free frosty with my key chain, and I got a Diet Coke instead of a Coca-Cola. What I did get was still good though.
My wife and I have been trying to get this particular Wendy’s location for about a month now , today is May 22, 2022 . We both work days so by the time we get off it’s kind of late usually around 730 8 o’clock at night . And every time we’ve tried probably 2 to 3 times a week to eat at this particular location because it’s convenient to us and close to our home. But again without fail the guy on the speaker tells us that their systems are “down“ and they are only excepting mobile orders. I’m beginning to think this is a trend with the night shift because they don’t wanna cook food I have no idea but it’s very frustrating and it’s been going on way too long for them not to have fixed their systems Wendy’s get on your store please this is ridiculous.
Computers/systems always down and employees act like its your fault. Look l known they’re frustrated but you chose that job if you don’t like it leave it’s real Simple. We all have options, sometimes we don’t like them but it’s still an option. If I were anyone ordering Wendy’s take an extra drive and find another location in the area.. they very rarely have their “ signature “ chocolate frostys, they may be using a McDonald’s ice cream machine at this point.
The service was great and they got all of our order correct. Wonderful snack after visiting the beautiful Petroglyph’s. I’m a happy visitor to Rio Rancho, NM(by way of visiting Albuquerque).
I had made the mistake of ordering from Uber Eats and spent close to $32.00 on a meal that is usually under $20.00. Wendy's closes the lobby at a certain hour so the drive though is usually a mess. Not only was my order completely wrong, but it looked like someone got into my bag and ate 3/4 of the fries in each container. I'm sorry, but that is horrible business! Of course I complained to Uber Eats, but they are no help. I am highly disappointed in both companies and won't bother with this location in the future!
Unfortunately dropping stars at this location. Be sure to check reviews based on newest or timeline, as I've found this location to steadily be declining over time. The service level has dropped with uncaring and unhappy employees. The peppy "How can I help you?" has become "yeah, what can I get you?" The wait times have increased and the food quality has gotten worse.It would be easy to chalk this up to "fewer employees" or the "uncertain times", but I'm not experiencing this with many other businesses in the area and would hate to give free passes and water down my reviews for those who do well.On a personal note, I'm not a fan of the new fries. There was a 10 year period where I chuckled at everyone saying another chain had the best fries. We now have competition again and I believe the other chain is winning.
Was not worth the $22 +change for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. The fry container was about half way full, the 1 drink machine was empty and the other had a very select amount of drinks. There was a small leaf of lettuce on my burger and it would be nice to have the cheese melted on the meat, not cold on the meat. My husband stated his hamburger patties tasted like sausage patties
The customer service is usually pretty decent.The food is mediocre. I don't think I've ever received hot, crispy fries from this location.And every time we visit there is always something wrong with our order. Hoaxers, they are are always friendly and quick to replace the item but by then the rest of the food is cold and everyone is in a bad mood.Wendy's in generally I feel is overpriced.
Worse Wendy's I've ever been too okay. I ordered a chicken sandwich and bacon no lettuce. Lol. I can tell that the chicken sandwich was an extra they had on the side under a warmer because the chicken part just about broke my teeth when I bit into it. I'm so mad rite now. This was the worse chicken sandwich I've ever ateAnd this is another time I went over here. This is the bacon they put on my chicken sandwich. Burnt af
I ordered a #1 on Thursday at 5pm drive through. The beef and tomato were frozen. Will never go again. One star for the clean lot.
