Food is good. The only time we really eat here though is when we get the 50 nugget family meal for dinner. Salads are great. Fries are not very good. The lemonade here is AMAZING. I come here at least once a week to get a lemonade.
I live closer to the wendys on unser..but tonight was the2nd time even though i went earlier than previous times...u can't get food at the drive thru..mobile orders only..this time i called wendys at NM 528 and asked if they were taking drive thru orders...theysaid yes! And customer service was super awesome! I will start going to that store every time now :)
Litterally always an issue with anything I order from here usually small things like forgotten side stuff or whatever but now they don't even listen to the whole order it's just a hassle to have to make a second order because you didn't even listen.
Can not believe what I witnessed tonight about 4:30 pm. Waiting for my food watching two girls hug and kiss on the lips.... Several times. They need to be trained correctly. This is not acceptable behavior in any job. Only outside of work or in the bedroom. Really? No concern for customers.
If i could give a negative star I would. You want some wendy's? GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Orders have consistently been fulfilled wrong. Not just my personal experience but asking around friends and family have given up on this location because of multiple issues, including missing items that were paid for. Night crew didnt put in my sandwiches and took my name down to replace "whenever i come by." I expalined the situation and i got scolded for not having my receipt. The manager tried to intimidate my thru a drive thru! Just cause your bald and physically larger with a loud voice dont mean your right. I drove off after i was told "no your not talking, i am." The manager even tried the buddy route " i threw in some small fries this time." I work hourly and two chicken sandwiches were my meal for my night shift doing physical labor. I was robbed of that by Wendys and still at a loss of whatever a hot chicken sandwich is. People at my work were like "thats why we dont got there." Wish i knew this. Cause i like them chicken sandwiches, its a treat! But fr the intimation techniques by ghetto bam bam was not cool. Like i wonder how he treats his subordinates? Be weary ordering here my fellow New Mexicans.
This franchise as well as others in the New Mexico Area Are not Hiring they make it seem like food services are hurting for people in the Albuquerque metro area this is not true! They refuse to hire male applicants as well as applicants with an abundance of experience they are looking for high school kids only! There is no hiring shortage they are simply being picky!! Don’t work food service in NM.
This Wendy's is very responsible. They rarely get orders wrong and in the cases they do they are willing to fix it and give you extras as apologizes. They are also very friendly.

I have to say every time we come to this Wendy’s, everyone is super nice, polite, helpful & accommodating.This last time we were very impressed with Jose Barajas. He was outstanding with his customer service. So so nice! Thanks Jose!
