We ordered food for 4 ppl-Our Indian taco wasn’t fully cookedAnd it took 3 times to get an enchilada order right. No communication between the staff and that really was the cause of our super bad experience- a custom came in mad because she was waiting 20min for a call in Oder.
I order on the Twister website. I was doing the order really early so it will be ready. I wanted my food deliver at 6:45 pm. When doordash try to pick up the order they said they don't have the order. We called the store and asked for a manager. A young teenager got on phone and said they said thet have no order and they will not going make the food. Then I got texted from doordash saying Twister is making the food now and it will be 10 minutes. We were still on the phone with the manager and told him this. He said no they will not make the order. Then when my husband try to explain more the manager kept not letting my husband speak. When we got our good, we were missing fries and 3 drinks. Please don't go to this twister.
We just had another good meal from Twisters in Rio Rancho. Yesterday, we got the Renegade Burger combo (double green chile cheeseburger w/onions, lettuce, tomato, pickle on a good bun with curly fries and a drink). It was fantastic. Thank you for being consistently good, Twisters!We have frequently gone to this Twisters in Rio Rancho for years now. We've always received high quality food and just did again this morning when we got our favorite: Taos Breakfast Burrito w/Green Chile! The price is affordable and I prefer the Twisters Burrito to the ones across the street.
We were very disappointed last time we were their last week. We were good customers and always stopped by on taco Tuesday. When we got our tacos there was hardly any meat in them.Too bad because we really liked them. We are going someplace else.
No issues. Because humans prepare it fresh every visit the items ordered are different slightly each time. This visit my curly fries were less than usual. The shredded beef denser, but all was good. I'm a wimp so no chili for me. I like the burritos and taco salad. The curly fries are a must with any entree. Staff was quick and professional. Even wished me a safe day!
First and last time here. Was told that because they were short staffed and it was near close that my order couldn't exceed $20 ? cool. Kids get what they want n mom gets fries. Unreal. Only time I've ever wished zero stars was an option. Happy Cinco de Mayo!
Not what it used to be. I ordered a #7 Rio Grande burrito. The burrito was missing the egg, the cheese, and had very little potato. After reading some of the other posts from about about ago, it seems the staff is not up to par. Hopefully, management can see these issues before their customers find a better places to go. I don't plan on revisiting.

I order the green chile enchilada plate , and as I was just eating I found a couple of very long hairs in my food . I was very disgusted and Disappointed, I return the food the girl at the register and no , I didn’t get a refund or anything like that . I just walked out of the restaurant

Food Quality has gone downhill. Everything use to be fresh and now you can till the bacon is bacon bits native New Mexican and haven’t been in town over 3 years and it’s not what is use to be
