I do realize everybody is short of staff but this place is ridiculous. There's nobody upfront to take your order you have to order on the kiosk. It still took a really long time to get my order meanwhile the lady preparing food was very loud and obnoxious. She was touching everything without gloves and she was also eating while preparing food I will never be back here again. Surprisingly the order was correct but the quality was subpar.
Kicked me out of the lobby as an associate was leaving. They never have the lobby open and the staff is always so rude to bad I can only give one star. They don’t even deserve the one
The drive thru line was moving slow and was in the middle of the road. The restaurant was moving slow as well and they had a whole crew. The employees were making orders that haven't arrived yet. The couldn't find my online order for ten minutes.
If I could give negative stars I would. This place has messed up my order multiple times when I went back to give them another chance. They messed up my last order and said they would fix it when I came back, went back and they looked at me like I was stupid. They had no idea about my complaint and were fighting me on making it right. Screw this place completely. The manager was a hag .
Went to this location this evening for dinner, as vegans my wife and I still love that we can get options at taco bell....however we asked for black bean tacos with no cheese, and 2 black bean crunch wraps with no cheese or sour cream. Unfortunately, what we got were taco shells with black beans and nothing else, eg. Lettuce tomato, anything? And our crunch wraps had meat, sour cream, and cheese. This is the 3rd time they've messed up our order and needless to say were done trying with them. We understand that they are busy all the time and that our diet choice is not a popular one, but just once we would like to enjoy their food. And the worst part is we only eat out once or twice a month so it was very disappointing. Oh well.
I wish I caught the name of the young man working the drive thru yesterday afternoon because he definitely provided the type of service that keeps customers coming back.
Came here on a Wed night around 7ish. Got my food everything was fine. I checked and saw that my taco was missing, so I went up to the doors to try and resolve it inside so that way I didn't have to sit for another 30 minutes. They were closing which is understandable, so I asked if I could get the two and I'll wait outside.The kid said no. Call or go back around. So I tried to call. It was busy toned and hung up on me after a second of trying. So tried to get the kid at the door to have them answer their phone. Because for one taco I'm not going to wait in line like that.They did give me my taco.It was just the tortilla, a tiny spoonful of meat and cheese, with a little lettuce.I used to love this place. It's going downhill.
Food was good, indoors was clean. Part of order was missing and some of the order we did receive they had to get us to let us know. Good location. Fun indoor touch screen menus.
Taco bell never disappoints, the food was fantastic, it's so good you need to be prepared to wait in line to get some. Great food and very nice people being worked like a government mule.
You can smell this stuff from a distance and it's all mush food. You literally have to drown your food in hot sauce to enjoy it. I don't eat at these places but for those who like it, Have at it!
