I know there was a rough patch of time at this Subway, but I know they just hire more staff. I can't speak for the day crew but the crew they've had the last 2 weeks working after 5pm till closing have been great. The 2 new sandwich maker are still learning the rope but their manager was the teaching. We ordered 4 footlong subs from the Spicy Italian, BMT and a chicken sub, all 3 employees were making our subs, the 2 new hire and the manager in-between teaching. It did take maybe an extra 5 minutes but they built our subs perfectly.So my impression on this crew on 4/14/22 around 5:30pm, they made our 4 subs exactly how we wanted, even one that was a little more detailed. None were negative and all dressed in clean Subway uniforms. So for me, I'm definitely going back.

Worst customer service I ever experienced at this location. Ordered online, when I got to the store my order was cancelled. I was not notified. There was a sign posted on the front door that credit/debit machine was not working. Lucky I had cash! Walked in and no worker in sight. Waited a few minutes and asked for help. And the worker yelled from the back that they were closed. It was 7:20pm … overall horrible experience.

Worst run subway ive ever been to. Horrible service except by the new guy, first day on the job. I told him to run and find a new job. Work station filthy, no bread and few veggie options. They didn't have mustard. Just horrible experience . Go to another subway or better yet a better sandwich place. The owners shouldn't be allowed to own restaurants

Deja is a great employee, even remembering customer's orders. However, the male that works with her is incredibly slow, taking almost 15-20 minutes to complete my sandwich. He also doesn't wash his hands in between touching the register. Subway has gone downhill dramatically. Used to be in and out easily, now I have to schedule out almost 20 minutes to get one easy sandwich made. Why even ask for a tip at that point?

Employees are unprofessional and slow. 1 staff member felt that it was more appropriate to have a conversation with a friend than to do his job. There were 3 people in front of me and it still took 20 minutes to even start my order. Meanwhile, he was singing, laughing, and talking over the food without a mask the entire time. He was also swearing and had an unprofessional demeanor overall. Definitely not coming back to this subway and starting to realize why there are so many 1 star reviews for this place. I'm still in line now.

Worst experience ever! Employees look like they hate their lives and are just extremely rude. It’s not a paying customers fault you chose to work here! Don’t work in customer service if you aren’t a people person

Not clean, customers with no mask on. One person started making my sandwich put it in the toaster then left. Another person finally came over mask around chin, pulled my sandwich out the toaster and coughed on it while still not wear mask properly. Paid for what I order but throw the sandwich way. Should of walked out when I came in, they were sitting on food prep area masks of. They also made it seem like I was ruining their day by being there. 3 people and took 5 minutes to get a coughed on sandwich. Never coming back.

Terrible experience, used the mobile app for family order. Order was completely wrong. Called for curbside pick up and nobody answered. Order was 40 minutes late because it wasn't even started until we drove up and waited after the designated completion time. I don't think I'll ever order from this location again, which is unfortunate because it's the closest location to my house and I've been coming here for more than a decade. Even with the changes in ownership the quality and service have been top notch, but after my experience tonight I'd rather drive to further locations than ever return. And if I were to ever patronize this location again, I'd be sure to walk in and hold their hand while they make it because I for sure do not trust them to be able to read and prepare a written online order. I can't tell if its poor training or just general apathy but either way something needs to be fixed here.

Brian was rude, as I reviewed the order cookies and chips were missing. I informed him and pointed to shelves of chips. Told should be with the order and stated NOT MY JOB.!!
