Sick of being harassed with Racial profiling everytime I go into the subway off southern Blvd in Rio Rancho. The employees are more into talking with there friends and harassing customers than doing there Job. These aren't the kind of employees I would want working for Me. Theres are the kinda employees who need to be fired.
Very clean, employees were friendly, food was tasty. Probably one of the better subways I have been to in a while.
I had gone in to eat a tuna sandwich with my girlfriend, the service was ok. But when we where done eating that same night we both had very upset stomach aches followed by vomiting and the next morning we had gotten A nurse to look at us and see what was wrong with both have food poisoning this is completely unacceptable and this place needs to be shut down!
Employees are rude and disrespectful! Did online order. Waited outside 30 minutes. Had to call 2 times to see what was delaying my order. Noticed the employees were slacking around making jokes. Not doing they’re job. They had Zero customers inside. There were other cars waiting outside as well. After waiting so long. They still man manage to get my whole order wrong! I call to speak to manager. I can hear them in the background laughing. A girl gets a pretend Manager to speak to me?? Seriously, Wow! This took place on 4/2/22 @3pm.
Poor sandwich makers with bad attitudes. I called up and asked for the general store manager to report this and another person claiming to be the store manager came on. I didn't want to explain my situation because I felt that this was one of the people that has the bad attitude in the store. A gentleman by the name of Zachary before I can even explain my case he says well you know if you don't like it go to another store. And taking mind this was out even me explaining what had happened. I guess Zachary felt guilty about the situation because he was the one with the bad attitude. But then again I look at it this way you get what you pay for uneducated people uneducated with society. I would like to take the time to thank the employees for making my visit a pleasant one, not only did they make my footlong, sub sandwich, so accurate, it was also delicious, and they were very friendly, keep up the great work ??????❤️?????????‼️???
I can always find a sandwich I like here when I'm out and need a quick meal.. I wish they'd bring back the egg white sandwich though..
If the people paid more attention to making the sandwiches and what their customers ask for instead of chattering next to each other they will probably get the order correct. Maybe the manager needs some hiring experience but then again I guess that's what you get these days you get what you pay for. My advice go to stripes across the street you can get a better sandwich and a lot better attitude a better sandwich with a better attitude.
This is the best Subway! I've never had a bad sandwich here or bad service and they're always quick. Probably the only good subway in NM. Thanks for killing it!
