This morning was my first time...pleased with the food - barbacoa street tacos and sausage breakfast burrito. My husband said the burrito was best ever! Logistics are another matter...I couldn't figure out the on-line ordering. So I called to ask a question - rang 19(!) times and the quality of the call was terrible - broken up and background noise. I called back and was answered at 3 rings. Quality of the call was much better and I ended up ordering by phone. Traffic is AWFUL. There were at least 12 cars in the drive thru..backed up onto eastbound Southern Blvd. I couldn't even pass the cars in line to continue down 26th (which dead-ends). I finally passed the line, went down 26th and turned around, parked and walked across to the walk-up window. Service was quick and friendly. Getting out of 26th again is a hassle - a lot, lot of cars going East on Southern so drivers going West waited forever - I finally was able to turn East on Southern and turned around to go West. PLEASE please figure out a better process! The food is good; it's a hassle to get to it!
Very easy to write on the wrapper what number the burrito is that way they don't get mixed up. This is common sense and fast food 101Why would you guys not do this? Your manager needs a talking to by his district manager. This is something so simple and should never be overlooked.

Please state that there is green chili in the sauce on the chicken sandwich. It made me sick. I didn't want to waste the chicken as it was really good. Just please state that it has chili in it. It was so hot my mouth was on fire. My stomach is now in severe pain due to my GERD. I probably should of thrown it out. My fault too. Also you lines are horrible. I know it's a small location but even rise and roast and Dutch Bros have figured that out. Honestly I won't be back. Thankful it was a gift card.Again probably should of chucked the sandwich.
Always see long lines at this place so thought I’d try it. Really don’t understand the attraction. Ordered breakfast burritos which were basically all eggs and potatoes, very little meat or cheese. All were bland and overpriced at more than $5 each. NM is new to us and not to be rude but it’s kind of a culinary wasteland. Seems that the standards for good food are low. So far the only thing we’ve found that we love in this state is green chili stew. Sadly we will not return to Stripes. Apparently they have found what New Mexicans like as evidenced by the long lines in their drive thru. We just won’t be in that line anymore.
Breakfast Burritos and Chicken tender meals are delish! Wish you were open later past 4pm.This time I ordered 2 bacon Breakfast Burritos and got sausage. Hubs does like sausage and picked each piece out. ?
Love the food, the staff, the service and the prices! Note: please ask the staff to put at least 1 napkin per burrito in the bag. 1 napkin for 3 burritos won't cut it!
The burrito was delicious and huge!I got the Large Bacon Breakfast Burrito w/ Green. $8 after tax is absolutely worth the price. I’ll definitely be trying all the food here. ??
Not bad. They advertise dine in, but the only thing we saw was a pinic table outside. Only 7 parking space, there is walk up service. We got the chicken strip basket and #1 burrito with drink. Their slaw is tasteless, they gave my husband a diet coke not coke as he ordered. The brownies are good
This is my favorite burrito spot that is within a decent distance. Even when busy they knock that line out and food has always been on point. I know it may seem weird, but you need to get you a chicharrone burrito with no chile but add the green chile ranch!!! Breakfast or lunch you will not be disappointed!! And that chicken sandwich.. yuuuuummmmmm…. So glad we finally got something in Rio!!
