I don't know if it's because it pretty busy most days since only one near this area but I have been going for two years unfortunately ITS BY FAR THE WORST AND SLOWEST Starbucks I have even been to. I started driving to the target on Coors for the Starbucks inside and they have NEVER made my drink awful and gross I usually get a Carmel macchiato and man this location NEEDS TRAINING ON THE DRINKS I have tried numerous different drinks and this location SUCKS AT ALL !! Hopefully they can coach and train their employees better letting us down and Starbucks expectations
I enjoy getting my triple shot, venti caramel macchiato before work, on occasion. This time I met an amazing person, for the first time, at this location. Staff is always kind and extremely responsive. Great, comfortable leather chairs we enjoyed as we enjoyed our java and stimulating conversation. So glad I chose this spot!
The only Starbucks that has not yet served me burned coffee. Their drinks always taste like they are made correctly, and now the only one that I go to.
Drive thru takes a long time and they don’t have much food to offer. Seems like they are always out of something. This time I came by for lunch and they literally have ZERO sandwiches. That’s fine, I just wish they would have put a sign out so I didn’t waste time sitting in the drive thru.
Good coffee but for the second time I ordered a grande and the cup was only 3/4 full (two different kinds of hot coffee drinks). Too pricy if you're not going to get all that you paid for.
Staff are always terrific. Even when we ask for a puppy Chino. Gotta have the treat for girl with my treat. Which they don't charge for. Dog lovers ❤
i just went through the drive thru around 11:30 today and asked the barista for her recommended refresher and it was the absolute best thing i’ve ever drank. i want to kiss her. thank you.
I never leave reviews because I tend to be a nice person to employees and never have any problems, especially at Starbucks. My mom and I went by the drive-thru and ordered a Capuccino. It didn’t have anything in there, it was all foam and nothing else. My mom had told her that it didn’t have anything and the girl working said: well that’s what a capuccino is, I don’t know what to tell you. Then we asked her if she could make it again and she was bothered by it. She remade it, we asked if she could throw the first one away for us and wouldn’t do it because of COVID. We didn’t even drink from it. She was really rude for no reason, never apologized. Pretty bad service.
As always Starbucks was as good as ever. This time I got the medium Christmas blend with a chocolate croissant. Staff were friendly too. No waiting.
I go to this Starbucks at least 3x a week and am never disappointed. Reviewing these chain places, you can't do a typical review since it's all scripted menu items, but every time I order, these guys nail it. They always recognize me and give a warm welcome. With chains, it's not about the quality of the chain, it's the quality of the employees... and these guys rock!
