This used to be my favorite location because the workers at this location seemed to be the only ones that followed instructions and made my coffee exactly how I ordered it! But then they hired some white lady with purple hair that gets offended if you tell her she missed something. Adding extra cold foam to a coffee is too much of a hassle for her! She was super rude, tossed the old coffee in the trash, made another coffee with the cold foams i paid for and skipped adding the espresso shot i also paid for! They should know that if you are a regular customer you can actually taste the difference! I will not be ordering from this location again. Someone needs to tell this lady to chill out! ?
Got coffee. I usually just get a white chocolate mocha, as I’m really basic. I don’t really like their coffee unless it’s like that.
Ohhh my gosh. Where should I even start with this garbage. I asked for cream and he put lugies in my cup. I think his name was kevin or something.I honestly think im gonna sue this is the second time this has happened. SOOO GARBAGE
This visit was different Im not sure what they put in my Lemonade but it was cloudy. I dumped it out it didn't taste right. Not sure what happened but it did not look good and I usually get a lemonade so I know how they look.
Every Starbucks store should model their customer service from the one at Cornell Rd & 48th Ave in Hillsboro, Oregon. This store in Rio Rancho was the polar opposite. I ordered a black coffee (grande Pike). I waited and I waited and waited... the person who took the order disappeared. Eventually another one began to brew some coffee. Never once did anyone communicate. If anything, I felt I was a bother to them. I eventually just left... without my coffee.
This location is closest from home for me but least professional at the same time.1. Not sure why but randomly closes from time to time while other nearby Starbucks are open. Also seems to struggle much more than other locations as well.2. I went into order a drink and the person who was taking order was busying chatting with someone, completely ignoring me and other customer that was in the line and it took just as long to get my drink.3. Instead of saying certain ingredients are not available for my drink so I can choose different drink, they just made drink with what they had and gave it to me while charging full original price. This happened several times so I just decided to drive to another Starbucks little further away and they had all the ingredients with them.I was really happy when this location first opened, but not so much now.

This location is always a struggle! Wait until your stuck in drive thru to tell you that there out of Mocha!!! What in the world!??? Can't get out of drive thru. Horrible!! No excuse!! Go to ant other Starbucks!!
These ladies (employees) #ROCK! This location is steady to BUSY and this crew is fluid! (tight ship) Brovo ladies! Tip 'mah 'hat to you!
This store can be slow sometimes with no obvious reason. Overall still a good store.
