Store is supposed to be 24 hours, it is closed at random hours. 9pm, 10pm, sometimes 11pm. Tried using their air machine a few months ago, put money in, machine was broken, went inside to get a refund and tell them the machine doesn't work, and was rudely with an attitude told "yeah, we know it doesn't work, and we don't give refunds, call the number". When I asked why TF they don't have a "inoperable" sign on the air pumps the clerk just scoffed and said "Can I help who's next in line"..............
Clean, friendly gas station. The area is suppose to be the heart of Rio Rancho in the coming years that being said, gas prices r higher jt seems.
Super rude! The big bald guy was so rude to the customers comming in who forgot to wear thier mask. When i mention that they probably didn't realize because his manager was standing right there without a mask he told me i could shop some where else. I will never go back there! They never have anything in stock anyways.
Employees are rude, asked about the air machine outside...was rudely told "you need to call the number on the side" No i don't. Thats not my job..this location has been open less than a year.

I was just at this location and really disappointed that neither of the employees wore masks. The guy had glasses and tattoos and the woman had auburn curly hair. We're in the middle of a deadly global pandemic, these employees interact with a lot of people everyday, and they think they're special...??? Do better Speedway!
Pump #12 took 20 minutes to read my chip card. Then it denied it. I moved my car to pump #10. Pump read card fine, but stated to go to cashier for receipt. I asked cashier for my receipt, cashier told me pump #10 wasn’t even showing on computer screen. He couldn’t give me receipt. I asked him to inform manager. He gave me a blank stare. Ghetto.
I received a reply from corporate regarding some recent issues. This tells me that management does care about this location. The core crew here are very good people! Best early morning coffee around!!!!
Never have any problems at this place; clean, friendly staff, fair prices.
