Shakes are good. Food is alright. This location is really struggling. Only has drive through going right now. When I ordered on the app and went to pick it up I still had to wait over 20 minutes once I arrived.
Only drive through was available. We waited in the car line 20 minutes when we got to window they told us they were closed!!! Someone should have put a sign out or came out n told us. Instead of letting wait and then tell us at the last minute.
Ordered through DoorDash last night around 7pm. Arrived quickly but the whole order was poorly put together. The burgers and the chicken toaster were sloppy. The two ordered of tator tots were over cooked. We were sick all night.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely horrible Sonic. The staff is completely incompetent. Every time we come to this location we wait at least 20 mins before ordering. Tonight we waited for 30+ minutes with two starving kids. We pulled up to the speaker to order at exactly 22:00 and were told they are now closed. There were at least 5 cars behind me also. They had ample time to shut the drive thru or finish helping the people already in line. I will never go back to that location again.
Don't waste your time waiting in this drive thru. I waited 20 minutes and there were still four cars in front of me before I can even see the drive thru menu. The car in front of me even left. I waited 10 more minutes after that car left and decided to leave too. Now I'm at the location on 528, so much better!! And faster!

Only the drive thru was open which was very odd for sonic.., appeared to be fully staffed. got my order wrong, food was cold.. there are better places in town to get a burger.. i won't be back.
Asked for a cup of ice, with our order, the photo was what we got. Very impressed. This is a very good Sonic location and cares about customer satisfaction. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Sloppiest most disgusting Sonic burgers I have ever had. I recommend taking a drive all the way down to Alameda and 2nd Street, it's always delicious there, iv given southern a few tries hoping it's just lazy kid day but no it is the entire crew that is lazy, the burgers say it all
My son ordered the chicken sandwich combo and received a burnt dried up sandwich. How can a cook send this out knowing its burnt and wouldn't even eat it. unbelievable!! I contacted Sonic support, they offered me a free cheeseburger with purchase. What a joke! Its the principal not the money.
