Went to a drive-up stall, to order a milkshake. Pushed the button to order, 5 minutes, no response. Push the button again waited 5 minutes no response. Walked over to the drive-up window oh, and I was asked which stall I was in, which was stall number 28. I was then deadpan advised that this stall I'm on others did not have a functioning call Button! :-(. Finally wrangled myself in the line of the drive up cars to place my order oh, the whole thing took more than 25 minutes :-( :-(. The service area had at least 12 young people Milling around oh, some of them apparently engaged in something specific others not. Would it have been too much trouble to put up a sign over the order button to say it's not working????
Ordered CinnaSnacks with family- 2 we're fine and at least 2 of them were raw. (We didn't eat the last one.) The rest of the food was good, but we had no marinara for our mozzarella sticks, and instead were given nacho cheese.Employees were very friendly ?
Very disappointed, burger was cold, you could tell they slapped it together quickly. I know that this pandemic, they want to have food sent out quickly and I understand but I didn't even eat 1/2 burger, meat was even cold. Sonic use to be my favorite but probably won't go again. Be safe ?
Updating my rating. They used to have horrible service. Last few times the employees have been very friendly, and responsive. I have still only ordered drinks, which is why I went from 1 star to 3, because I can't say if they have gotten better with their food service.Update again! We ordered food today, they were fast, friendly, and accurate! Maybe they have all new staff, but they have definitely improved.
Due to the need of employees, Sonic does not have carrots during the day. That means that the only have drive-thru and the wait time can be excessive. The drinks and ice cream are worth the wait. Just don't go if you are in a hurry.
I’ve never once came here and got the bacon I always order on my burger, or the marinara for my mozzarella sticks. Ask me why I come back. I don’t know. Terrible service, but Ig that’s what you get from a stingy org who counts on customer tips to make sure their employees are treated right.
Went through drive , ordered #3 and a soft pretzel and chilie cheese tots . I dont get my tots or cheese I go through the line again get what I'm missing and these tots were just thrown in a bag and disgusting the chile was every where girl at the window had attitude will not return here and let me mind you they had noone but me in the line
On a $40 order the only thing they got right was the strawberry lemonade. The food was disgusting. Dry,hard,old you could tell it had been sitting out and the cherry limeades had no cherry or lime just flat sprite!
This place takes forever these days I waited for 10 minutes after I pressed the red button and never got any service. The staffing has really taken its toll. The drive through is never open any more.
When I arrived there were only 2 vehicles in the drive thru and the other area was closed. I thought to myself "awesome" this should be quick. I went to the walk up and rang, gave my info. I waited over 30 minutes....nothing. I rang again. No answer. I believe employees ignored me because I am a food delivery driver but I was there for YOUR customer. I never received the order
