Worst place ever. Ordered online for delivery and they messed up the order. Didn’t even bother calling me and letting me know. The just substituted with similar items. They also were missing items, the quality of the food was subpar. I used to eat at Schlotsky a lot (but never thr Rio Rancho location) and I never had a problem.. After this, I will never go back.
They do have good sandwiches, the only problem is that they're pretty expensive, so it's definitely not a place you want to go everyday to.
I would like to preface this review with the fact that when I went the restaurant was not busy but the staff need to pay attention when customers are ordering it’s pretty incredible when my order gets messed up twice in a row the person couldn’t comprehend that I ordered 3 sandwich meals and a cinnamon roll when we got to the window I was given 2 sandwich meals and when I tried to tell them they forgot items they cut me off handed me 2 cinnamon rolls and “apologized for the Inconvenience” and then ran inside and avoided the window so I wasn’t able to get my third sandwich I would not recommend this location to anyone.Update: cinnamon rolls were hard, cold and stale
It was okay but the sandwich was really cold and didn't taste as great as it usually does.
The sandwiches are excellent and they have a Cinnabon inside which was a huge bonus.
They have really great Sandwiches and if you haven't tried their BBQ Chicken & Jalapeño pizza its a must try!

My son's pizza was cold as hell. I'm talking super cold. But the sandwiches were somewhat warm?? We also selected for a cookie in his kids meal and got a brownie. Driver through Doordash was great, but probably would never go back to this place. With the prices they charge they could at least make sure stuff is the correct temp. Ridiculous.
Food was ok...service was nice. Should have never looked up at the ceiling...yuk!I just cannot imagine going behind the counter or to the restrooms. Will not return.
Best bread in town. Had the Turkey original, nice & hot! Never disappoints.
