If I could give them no stars I would. We called and needed to speak with a manager about an issue with the food. They said they would re make it and we noticed one was a small we ordered a medium we called back just to let them know. We got rudely told “your pizza is being re made” they set the phone down as we’re talking and hung up. So we called back to see what’s going on and they hung up a second time. If you want a soggy diaper pizza, or get a small when your ordered a medium go right ahead.

Ordered a NY style pizza from here and received the thickest pizza I’ve ever seen. Took it in to the manager Rob and he first said that’s the correct pizza and when I showed him a picture of what it is supposed to look like online he then said they will remake it. Looked up my order and Noticed it was placed through Grubhub and said I have to file a complaint through them if I want it remade. It was clearly an error on the stores fault and not Grubhub. The mangers Rob and is clearly not capable of of handling these situations correctly. Definitely don’t order pizza from here.
Has gone extremely downhill within the last 2 months. We've had items burnt, items missing, sauce is not with an order(constantly). Attitude from delivery drivers. Today was the final straw you can easily tell Papadia was hanging on for dear life as it was cooking off the rack. Few pieces of meat and a couple pieces of vegetable is all that made it through that one. They also tried to cut the dang thing into triangles. Yet they remembered the sauces this time.
The pizza was not fully cooked. Employees handling my pizza without correct covid protocalls wich was the baisics glove while dealing with customers or wearing masks
I just recently ordered from here and I got my pizza almost an hour late, it was cold and it was burnt on the bottom! So disappointed.
Owned by some guy in Texas. No wants you to order from some guy in Utah. Also wants to charge you $20 for a pizza and that's a small one someone wants to get rich real quick and rip everyone off
The pizza never came. Their service is terrible. The order was marked as delivered but never was If I hadn’t called they would’ve stolen my money. They have a bunch of inept crooks working there, go elsewhere. In fact Domino’s is way better and cheaper
