I went through the drive thru and they took about 20 minutes to give me my order. I ordered a plate. It should come with two sides and the rice or chow Mein. When I got home only the chow mein was in my plate. I tried calling and calling to report what they did and get a refund cause trust me it ain’t cheap. They don’t answer their phone. You would think since they took forever to give me my food it would be fresh and warm. Nope it was cold and old. It’s horrible that no one at any restaurant can get an order right nowadays. Never going there again. Believe me I’m going in person to get my money back.
I really like going to this location since they don't jip you on entree meat. I hate going into a Panda Express and have them give you like literally four or five small pieces of chicken on a bowl. In my opinion the meat should completely cover the top of the rice or the chow mein to where you can't see it. All too frequently I have been to other locations and it will be just a 3 inch wide area in the center of the rice with a few pieces of chicken in it and they expect you to pay full price for that. This location as well as the Ellison location gives you an excellent amount of meat for what you're paying. Make your money on repeat business not on skimping. All you other Panda Express locations start taking notes on the Unser and Southern location if you care about your customers.
I went through the "Drive through Window"tonight, I ordered the Bigger Plate with (1) side, that being the fried rice. I was then asked, what Iwanted for my (3) entrees, my first entree was the string bean chicken breast, I was told that they were out of string bean chicken breast. I then asked for the black pepper angus steak, I was then told that the black pepper angus steak was out as well. I then asked, "What about themushroom chicken" the person on the other side of the speaker then laughed and said "We're out of the mushroom chicken as well". I then asked, what was so funny and got no response. I then proceeded to the window and I asked to speak to a Manager and was told that one was not available. I then asked, why don't you, when you take a order, just let the customer know what you do have. I was then told to, "Have a nice night." This location is constantly out of food every time I go. Do yourself a favor, don't frequent this establishment, the level ofunprofessionalism and incompetence is astounding!
Good experience. They were generous with the meat and rice at my visit, which is always appreciated. I see a lot of other reviews comment on long wait times but we were served extremely fast, and we came in a little after 5:00, when I assume it would be pretty busy. The quality isn't bad, though not incredible either - it's quick Chinese take out.
The staff is really under trained and Panda Express Corporate really doesn't care. No matter what time you go there is a long wait for food. Then there is usually some kind of substitution. I ordered spring rolls and they substituted chicken egg rolls without asking me if it was OK. The food portions are really inconsistent. I went here for lunch a few days ago and ordered orange chicken and Chow Mein. I easily had enough for two meals. Tonight I ordered the same thing and only got six pieces of chicken and a handful of noodles. The amount of food I received tonight really wasn't worth the amount of money that I paid. They are basically just throwing food in a box and not caring. I'm really done with Panda Express.

Missing drink.Took awhile to get a hold of someone over the phone but apparently they don't do refund for bottled drinks even though I never received it at the first place. It's understandable that it may be store policy but the way it was handled was quite disappointing. The options were 1 I drive all the way back to the store and 'pick up' the drink or 2 they put store credit under my name and use it next time I visit. Problems with those options are 1 it's going to cost me more for gas to drive to and back from the store than the cost of drink 2 I'm not going to remember store credit and somehow I doubt that the cashier (whoever that may be, if I even go back again) will know or remember it even if I was to tell them. This wasn't the first time that my order got messed up, but it sure was the first time I contacted the store about it and honestly, it was disappointing.
Masks are store policy, but when customers aren't watching several employees with no mask. Everybody is touching everything and noone wiping anything down or sanitizing. Refusing customers that don't gave mask and not providing any. This is qhat you call customer service?
We order takeout online. The Website is easy to use. Food is consistently excellent and so is the service!!! We love it!
Called them about 10 times for a simple question and got no answer. when I got there they had no one in line and the workers were just talking amongst themselves. They obviously were not to busy to answer the phone just didn’t want to. at the drive through the girl is laughing and asking us what we would like to order at the same time.
