The person on the drive through intercom could not speak a word of English. I repeated the order 5 times got to the window to pay and it was wrong. Repeated the order again 2 times and paid got to the pick up window and order was wrong. Because I voiced it my food was thrown in the bag with no wrappers. This is every single visit to this particular location I think this will be my last!
paid for cookies... got home... no cookies... they screw up about 60% of drive thru orders
Cheap! Yes! Inexpensive! Nope! You get what you pay for! This was supposed to be a chicken sandwich. Didn’t they used to come with mayo or at least some type of sauce. Oh yeah! I am still looking for the piece of breaded chicken. Must be behind the ONE pickle. they used to offer grilled chicken as well but guess they would have to actually give a piece of chicken. Dollar store frozen chicken sandwiches , way better deal. Way better tasting! I miss the days when places at least attempted to have good service and hood products.

Since the start of the pandemic I have avoided fast foods joints simply because of poor service (lack of employees), poor quality food, poor menu options (because of pandemic shortages), etc. I do tend to choose McDonald's over others because of the $1 drinks.I visited this McDonald's last night around 10pm. I had an encounter with the manager Brenda & she was genuinely an amazing person. Everyone I encountered was prompt & efficient. It seriously blew me away the way this place was popping folks through the drive-thru. It was such a pleasure spending my money at a place where everyone was enjoying their job. Kudos to whomever runs this store & I think Brenda deserves an all expense paid trip to Hawaii! ??
Service was quick, especially considering the line in the drive thru was fairly long. A+ guys.
A super clean, fast, friendly fast food place next to Walmart on 528 and Enchanted Hills. I got the BIG breakfast with pancakes. with a coffee. So big that I couldn't finish the pancakes..One piece of bacon was a little less cooked, floppy so I took it up to show them. They gave me TWO pieces of crispy bacon! FREE!!! I love this place! I miss the clown..
Out of 2 visits, first one they left off the meat on a cheeseburger, ketchup was there though lol and second visit instead of two double cheeseburgers they stuck a hamburger and a cheeseburger in the bag. The rest of the order was correct. They refused to make it right when we went back. We’ll use the location by the freeway from now on.
I ordered a basket of fries and ressived cold and stail fries seemed like they where old or maybe sitting out and when asked for a fresh order the manager and staff argued and gave me attitude then eventually gave me "fresh" ones which was mixed with hotish and cold stail ones not to mention that the other things that I had ordered where cold and dry . This was the worst experience I ever had
I ordered a double cheese burger, drove off. Began to eat it and it must of been sitting for at least 1 hour, Cold no warmth. Prayed I didn't get sick. I was fine, but it was the worst ever. This happens to be my favorite McDonald's. ?
