For a McDonald's it's a 5 star. This one has dr pepper that tastes right. The one on 528 tastes like cherry cough syrup.
Most of the Mc Donalds I've been in aren't very clean on the inside. Granted, I seldom order from Mc Donalds but when I do I am usually in and out pretty fast because I always get the same thing: a Mc Double no bun, large fry and M&M McFlurry with fudge. I pre ordered 20 minutes in advance via the app but when I got there nothing was ready, they hadn't even started making it. Then they got the order wrong. But rather than wait another 10 minutes I just accepted it and left. Maybe they were having a busy day? I also didn't like how one of the workers mouthed off to the one who had asked for help. But I do appreciate how clean the inside was. Here are a few pictures I took :)
Incorrect order, this is the 3rd time my sandwich has been incorrect with the correct sticker. I always get my sandwiches without cheese. How hard is it to match a sandwich with the specialty sticker?
The food can be great when you get what you actually ordered. It's pretty shocking how often this particular McDonald's will not bag the correct orders for DoorDash drivers. I typically wouldn't complain about a fast food joint but it's just super frustrating that when the craving for McD's hits and you have to food allergies in the family, the wrong order can mean someone can't eat. Looking at other reviews it appears that receiving the wrong order isn't limited to just online/delivery orders though. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the new McDonald's being built on Unser/Northern will be better with their service.
35 minutes to get two $3 bundles and they still gave me cold and soggy fries…. Worst McDonalds in the entire United States…. Save yourself the heartache and drive to the Albuquerque location on Alameda and Old Coors…. Drive thru was being treated as if each order was made to order but they weren’t. Wasn’t a staffing issue since I saw 3 staff leave in the 35 minutes I sat in the drive thru…
I asked for honey mustard at the second window and the lady told me she couldn't add anything at that window like really all I wanted was some honey mustard for my daughter and then she proceeded to call me miss. Had big Karen energy and I won't go again until that woman politely hands me some damn honey mustard upon request like I work drive thru too you absolutely can hook it up with some honey mustard tf
We live about 4 blocks from this McDonald's, and get Saturday breakfast here often because it's so close. At least 2/3 of the time the order is wrong. Not worth the gas going back, and with 6 people the order is large enough it's hard to inventory in their lot.
Today was the third time part of my order was incorrect. I ordered a Quarter Pounder without cheese or pickles. The sticker saying this was on the box, but came with both on it. I know they were extremely busy, but how can you put the sticker on with the wrong sandwich. Someone else probably got my sandwich in a box without a sticker. Had to scrape off the cheese and remove the pickles.
I go to this McDonald's almost every day and the large fries I get might as well be a medium it's really crazy they can't fill the fries right.
I use to come through a lot couple years ago and never had any issues. But recently every time I go through Drive thru they never seem to put napkins in the bag and I had to ask for napkins and they were wet. The gal handing out the food says they are all a little damp. I don't want damp or wet napkins. The person running for drive should be putting napkins in the bag before they go out the window. Please start doing so. I don't like using my clothes as napkins.
