Long John Silver's is a bit of a hit or miss, sometimes I get my order freshly made and hot, sometimes I get a little extra food thrown in (thank you, staff) and other times depending on how busy they have been, I get what seemingly is the last dredges of whatever they can throw together. Overall, they do a really good job of keeping up with the long lines at the drive-thru, and the staff is super friendly and will take the time to chat a bit, they are always cheerful. Ps- this one is also an A&W hooray for chili cheese dogs, they make 'em right. You've got some good people there.
Love the fish. Fries were old and cold. I prefer real lemon wedges as opposed to lemon juice packets to go over my fish. Not sure if I'll return.
I haven't ate at Long John's Silver year ago during Easter month of 2030 because the fish I ordered was so salt I could only taste the salt. After 2019 during Easter month I said I wasn't eat at Long John's Silver because after I walked out of it door a few feets I became so sick couldn't stand up I made it nextdoor to the Walmart fresh Market I was holding my stomach 2 customers coming out of the Walmart Fresh Market stated to me you must eating nextdoor I replied yes that Long John's Silver I ran into Walmart bathroom vomit diarrhea clean the place and check for spoiled food especially fish!

Coleslaw half filled, green beans below half full. Your customers pay for full orders. I have a picture although couldn't see load option.
I ordered two fish tacos with one person in front of me the total drive-thru experience was close to 15 minutes. And they did not get the order correct. I asked for coleslaw on the tacos they just gave me shredded cabbage it look like. They tasted good and they gave me my sauces.
Drive-thru was fast and friendly the order was accurate and while it was as greasy as expected it was also as delicious as expected :-)
Returning customer stopped going way before the pandemic hit due to poor service and missing items. Ordered Pick up service on a Saturday dinner rush. The food was ready and perfect, customer service excellent. Kudos to the workers.
