I really appreciate the quality service and effort david gave. He really made sure to get my order correct and provide a great product and service. I even ordered late night and he still took extra effort to make all the customers he served happy.
I had to wait 35 minutes for my order of 2 pizzas even dominos doesn't take thath long to make an order and if you are paying cash make sure you have the exact change because employees said they don't have change and they always keep the change!
The quality is starting to go down hill fast. How is this an extra most bestest. I remember when the extra most bestest came out it was covered in pepperoni. And who cut this A kid?
I used to work for Little Cesar's and it's not hard to cook a pizza all the way, like literally the oven does it for you. Also can we address the cold pizza sauce with the crazy bread. Yes it's cheap but cooking stuff to temp is not hard. Literally no quality, I miss the Little Cesar's of my childhood
I went into the Little Cesar’s at 701 Unser Blvd. SE Rio Rancho New Mexico to pick up food for my household today Sunday Feb 27 2022. I ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas and 3 orders of crazy bread at 6:37. At 7:32 I finally got my order. When I ordered I was told it would be about half an hour, so I stepped out to drive through and purchase food for me since I can’t eat pizza. I get back to the store at 6:50. I then wait, and wait, and wait. I see people who were in line behind me get there food so I go ask at about 7:10. I get an “oh we’re waiting on one more pizza.” Translation they forgot about part of my order. By the time I got mine, 2 of the pizzas, the crazy bread, and the sauce were cold, not to mention the food I ordered elsewhere. This is utterly unacceptable, I wasted an hour for bad food, and it made my food bad in the process. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in the restaurant industry in recent memory.
I ordered 2 pizzas an hour and a half ago and I am STILL waiting in the parking lot for my order. That's a long wait for some pizza that really isn't even that good. I should have went to pizza hut. I wouldn't have waited as long and the pizza is 100x better. This is ridiculous.
I was going to be petty and leave a bad review but then I thought about it and realized maybe it was me that was hangry. I know this folks are tired and over worked but I will say customer service could be a little better, and you never ever ever have any hot and ready pizza! We can all do better! Let’s strive for 5 star rating! Step it up little Caesars!

Im just annoyed I ordered online to skip the line but when I got there, 2 minutes after I got a message telling me my order was ready I was told they were still making one of my pizzas, After that I waited 1 hour for them to make the pizza, why tell me order is ready then make me wait an extra hour in the parking lot for my pizza and to add to two of the workers didn’t have mask on while making pizzas :(
I called at 9:15 to order one pizza and they said they were not taking over the phone orders for the rest of the night. So i asked how long they were open till they said 10. I arrived at 9:45 and they said they were closed i let the manager know i called prior to order one pizza so he went ahead and made me the pizza at no charge and apologized. Thank you for making mine and my brothers first new years eve without our mom a little more brighter. I appreciate your kindness and understanding. If i could id give 10 stars for great customer service. Thanks again.
