Have already been waiting 45 minutes for 2 basic sandwiches! Trash!
Ordered online, went to pick it up went inside there was one person in front didn't even acknowledge me, someone else came in and also didn't acknowledge him either there was also a man waiting was upset he was waiting for an hour for his order. Our order was wrong one sandwitch was supposedto not had no onions, or tomato, they forgot the oil and vinegar on all the sandwiches.We're rude.
Food is good, but good luck getting all the items you pay for. I've ordered from this store twice in the past week, first order had missing chips, second time had missing sandwich and missing chips.
Went in and ordered a sandwich. The prep area was flithy. I watch the young man cut the bread like a slide, super tin on one end and thick on the other. I asked the young lady why he cut the bread like that and she just laughed. I also pointed out the nasty prep area, she acknowledge it and said she was going to be cleaning it "later". I declined the sandwich but I thought it needed reporting. I have been to this Jersey Mike's often but tonight was very disgusting and I'll have a thing twice before returning.
The crew that works here are outstanding! Tonight was their fundraiser for Special Olympics and they were slammed. Everyone was still friendly and hustled. Keep up the great work guys!
Rio Rancho location on Unser...Ordered on the Jersey Mike's app, I received the wrong order that had my name on it. Wrong sub given, missing tub order. Called and spoke to the manager to correct the issue, asked for a refund and got a response of "k" and hung up on me. I called back a 2nd time asking why he hung up and wanted to know if he acknowledged my request, he got rude said "yea I already told you" and hung up on me again, called a 3rd time asked why he kept hanging up on me I'm trying to make sure I get a refund... he then raises his voice " I already told I was", responded to him that all he had to do was explain that to me insteadof hanging up on me. He then again says " I ALREADY SAID YEA". I then asked for someone higher than him he says "yea his name is....." hangs up a 3rd time. What kind of manager is this? Rude, unresponsive, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have still yet to get my refund. Of course there's no contact for the owner of this location. I've ordered from there for years now never an issues with anyone nor our food. FIRST time this happens and this was the treatment a customer gets?
Took wife for her first experience since we were out. She really liked the bread but was otherwise not impressed, especially for $8.75 for 1 sandwich. They got my order incorrect and double charged it and had to refund one after I noticed it. We are going to give them one more shot since it wasn't that bad of food to decide future patronage. Even though I got incorrect sandwich. Next time I will order by number so hopefully they don't get it wrong again.
I asked for pastrami... We got roast beef. Mind you they seem super busy and are hiring because I think they may be very tiredHowever we CANNOT find good pastrami
The best sandwiches, and the nicest staff! Stopped in to pick up a few Philly's, seriously so, so good! Hot, fast, easy in and out. There are no surprises here, which is a very good thing.
Where's the beef, I got a roast beef sub that was half the usual meat, and all bread. Not a good experience for 18.00 for a large. Very disappointed since I've been going to Jersey Mike's for years!! I'm from Jersey and that was a BIG let down
