They consistently get their orders wrong. They take forever to get the order as well as process it and then when you call for assistance no one answers, you can’t leave a message and when you do get someone to answer having them fix the order is worse than pulling teeth.
This Jack in the Box just closes anytime they want…..VERY unreliable for hours listed. They were closed again at 830p tonight when website says 11p. And it happens all the time.
Told my husband to get a small meal before our daughters appointment. He ordered a burger, I got the salad and my daughter got the nuggets. They were all delicious! Drive thru was fast BUT the drive thru drive in area is kinda sketchy so be careful when your driving in, the roads in Albuquerque are Ridiculous sometimes. ?
Good breakfast and lunch, gotta say they give Burger King a run for their money with the croissant breakfast sandwich.
Never have I ever had such horrible customer service! We ordered a large order including a meal for the homeless lady in Bernalillo. When we got to Don Thomas we didn't have her food. We looped back I put on my mask and went inside. The young lady denied my request for my food she bagged it no problem. I do have a problem I didn't get my food. She refused so I went and got the bags, to bring inside, duribg COVID. My kids ate the fry's and OJ as they were hungry and this is the purpose of stopping. I have never ever been treated so in humane. First off if she is expiditing, that doesn't mean she handed me my food. Second off, my apologies for trying to patornise your business. As I told the lady when I left all the food minus the juice and Fry's. I would like a refund for the food we didn't take due to her attitude and honestly, for her to assume people who live in Bernalillo don't speak Spanish. Love being treated like the money I spent doesn't pay her check. Never ever again. This young lady told me she didn't have time for me. If a manger doesn't have time for customers, what is her job?

Ordered the mini taco box..Was expecting it to taste like a taco not eating corn chips with dip... Should of put more effort in this item ... Last time I order these.

Been coming there for six years, twice a week for breakfast. Today, they managed to screw up the simplest order. Needless to say, I was home when I discovered their mistake. Contacted Jack in the Box Corporate. No response. Taking my business somewhere else.
