The burgers are pretty good, but it is expensive. My family of 3 cost about $60. Good burgers and fries, shake was good but not worth $5.50. Over all very flavorfull, but the value is questionable.

you go to Five Guys, first off, take your phone, a magazine or a book to read during the long wait. You'd think the kitchen was preparing full, 4-star dinners for a packed house, but then you realize all they make are burgers & fries, and there are only 3 other people in there. But your wait is ALWAYS going to be 20 minutes. (this occurred on all 3 of my experiences there over the course of about 3 years- so, they're consistent.) The smallest burger is ten bucks. Seriously. It is a single griddled patty-- not broiled over a flame, just a very thin, griddled burger cooked in its own crunchy grease. It is very thin, like a macDonalds patty. There is no pink, no flavor. That one dark brown patty is so thin that it can't help but be overcooked- taking 20 minutes preparation time notwithstanding. The whole burger is exactly the size of a MacDonald's cheeseburger. seriously. One slice melted cheese, 1 round pickle slice, some crunchy iceberg leaves. Close the top of the soft bun. VOILA. There's your cheeseburger. TEN DOLLARS. No! There is NOT a concert going on nearby, so they jacked the price for the day. NO! this is not at an airport, where they price gouge the captive audience. NO! This is not being sold in super-expensive San Francisco or New York. This is the burger that they have "quotes" about hanging on posters hung every 1.5 feet apart throughout the store. Burgers are $10. A dixie cup of fries are $4 and up, and the burgers are as overcooked and tiny as the macdonald's cheeseburger. You know-- the ones you buy for the toddlers in the car.

Burger was cold, didn't even melt the cheese. Bacon tasted like it was made hours before and the fries were disgusting. Never again.

Staff was busy, to busy to be nice, and the food was expensive, 35 and some change for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks.... No meal deals. The food was okay, burger toppings stacked in the middle like a mountain, fries soggy as well as half really dark brown/burnt ones. Not worth the expense over experience of food.

So freaking good but $$$ for a burger! Also super friendly staff were awesome

They literally dumped cajun seasoning all over the fries. Very nonsensical that they didn't throw away the bad batch of fries and reapplied the right amount of seasoning. If I'm spending six bucks for fries they better be spectacular. I say go to the five guys by cottonwood. They have much better service.

Five guy's have priced my family out of their store's. We have found better burger's and much better milk shakes for less money at local restaurants with wait people and more comfortable seating arrangements. So long five guys.

What a great place to eat! Fun retro atmosphere, super friendly employees (Emily), and amazing burgers and fries. 5 Guys on Unser near Southern Blvd is the best!

If you have Celiacs disease or just a sensitivity to gluten this is a place to go! Just let them know and they will be extra careful.

Nothing like getting five guys at once I had a burger and some fries and a shake they didn't have it in a meal deal or a combo but at the same point in time getting five guys priceless mmmmm. five guys
