I pulled up to the drive-thru at 9:23 and trird to order food they refused me service and said that they close at 10:00. The open light was still on and it says it's open online till 10:00 he says we walk out of the building at 10:00 he refused to take my order he told me out of 300 customers I'm the only one that's complaining about it . We've been going there for years and they have never told us this. They guys working were rude and amused by the situation.
The food is incredible and hope the workers are getting paid well. I mostly get burritos from here but the Beef Torta surprised me.
Just went through the drive thru, ordered 3 carnitas tacos, a chicken nugget meal and a large iced tea. The food was ? and the young man at the drive thru was AMAZING! Great customer service skills and just as personable as the day is long. Great experience! Wish they had their names on the receipt. I'll go back purely because of the drive thru guy!!!
The food can be great but... I've gotten bad food poisoning TWO times here. 1st time was the tacos it was horrible I was sick for days, so I decided to give it some more chances and just last night I ate one of their burritos and this morning I have very bad food poisoning it's like mental and physical torture this is horrible.. 1 star, I don't think I will ever be eating here again
Good quality food a little high on price but definitely does not leave you wanting more

We first tried Federico's late at night when moving to Rio Rancho, since all other restaurants were closed; we were amazed that such great food could come by a cheap 24-hour place. We have been returning often at more reasonable hours. To make a long story short, the quality of the food is almost unbelievable given the price. Great food, low prices, quick cheerful service. What more can one want? The horchata is very good too.
Very good food! The chile relleno plate and the shredded been taco plate is what we had with horchata which wasn't too good the cinnamon in it was waay too strong. They also have arroz con Leche which is already made in a container they well thr grocery stores. We paid $29 for the 2 meals & the rice
