Was our first time here. We didn't know we could look up the menu online. But we ordered from the menu that was posted. Our drinks were delicious and I downloaded the app for the next time we go. Thank You!
The coffee is ok, but not the greatest. Every single employee at every location I've been to should get ten stars for the service. I don't know how they train their employees, but I wish every business trained their employees the way Dutch Bros does.
Staff is amazingly friendly, with an awesome approach to long lines. This particular visit was longer, due to no birastas being outside. But timely none the less.The friendly smiles are definitely an encouragement to return!

The line looks long all the time but moves at a steady pace. Drinks are good every time I've gone so far. Employees are nice.

I’ve always had great experiences here. The staff is always so friendly and helpful.Had a rough start to the day and the barista at the window picked up on it. She took that little bit of time to just talk to me. Even wrote a note on my lid to help make my day better. Thank you to that barista this morning. Thank you for being kind and listening to my dilemma. Thank you for having a kind heart and being a good person in this crazy world.
It would be one star without the usual good drinks. The two lane drive through is a joke. I understand the purpose of employees trying to make small talk is part of the DB schtick but when one lane is taking up the ENTIRE drivethru it’s time to get your employees in line and make sure they can take an order appropriately. I personally will never visit this location again. There are 3 others to choose from. Unless this is your only option I would not waste the time here.Edit#1: After the employee still refuses to take our order it is one star.Edit#2 @dutchbros I will share this with your email as you requested but all interaction will be attached here for full visibility to others that need to see how this interaction is taking place. I have been to many Dutch bro locations across several states. I must say you can’t even tell this location is relatively new. Their customer service is unbeatable. The manager is so friendly and the drinks are delicious. Join their rewards program on the app to reap more benefits!
