My son is on the spectrum and only pizza he will eat is from Dominos. This particular branch is the best and when you watch their team work it is obvious why. They are never being lazy or slow and work hard every minute to get every order out as fast as possible. We order a lot from them and its always the same hard work I see from their entire team. Its pretty impressive. If only all fast food/pizza places had workers like this one does.
The pizza took nearly an hour from the time it left the store until it arrived, cold and crushed. How is this remotely acceptable?I will say that the manager on duty was very helpful and determined to make it right, which is why I gave 3 stars and not 1.
Honestly, it's hit or miss with this location. I just wish there was more consistency. We ordered pizza last week and it was perfect. We ordered again today because our toddler is sick and she wanted pizza and it was awful. We got two pan pizzas and there was so much cheese on them that it literally fell off when we tried to get a slice. There was so much cheese that it made it too rich to eat. We ate some of it because my husband needed to go to work and we didn't have time to order something else. Also, this is not the first time this has happened with this location, it happens frequently. You never know how your order will turn out when typically people expect the same quality every time. I'm not sure how much longer we will be ordering from Domino's if this is the quality of food they will provide.
I ordered online Monday February 28th at 5pm. Everything was perfect. It was a 5 star Domino's experience. I ordered again Monday March 7th at 1:26pm. It was not even worthy of being called a 1 star experience. I know this comes down to the difference between day crew and night crew, but there should not be that much of a variance. In addition to the food tasting significantly worse, on the March 7th experience, the day manager was touching fully cooked pizza with her bare hands while cutting. Some slices from the thin crust flipped over when she cut it and she flipped them back and adjusted the cheese with her hands. I had that pizza remade. I will not return to this location again.
I met my quota on reporting issues because obviously Domino's thinks I am only submitting them for free pizza, so here it is. Let me start on a good note and say that the delivery driver, Jeffrey, was awesome, especially with performing two deliveries to my location within a 30-minute timespan. The first pizza was burned too crispy, which I reported that issue before. The second pizza was supposed to be pie cut, which it also states on the receipt and I still got square cut instead. Not sure whose bright idea square cut was, but to me, it doesn't make sense in regards to pizza. Anyway, today is the last day I will order from this location.
The last 2 times I've ordered have been hugh disappointments. The quality has declined. 1. A serious lack of toppings even on specialty pizzas. 2. They have little flavor. No hit of basil, fennel, or much else. The sausage is tasteless.3. The thin crust was my favorite but now it's awful. Not sure what's happened here but I'm about done ordering. I can make a much better pizza at home.
I'm giving 3 stars because my pizza was dry af. I ordered extra cheese and there was barely any cheese on it. 3 slices didn't even have cheese. And I swear there was no sauce. So, whoever "inspected it" should get written for not knowing what the order was supposed to look like. (I'm being dramatic obviously, just teach a bit) and the wings were a little wacky. But, oh well. I dont like sending food back or complaining directly, cause it's fast food. Just do better next time. The driver was extra nice though!
Too bad the redheaded girl handling the food is unmasked. We talked to the manager but he didn't care, either. YUCK. And another employee's mask was under his chin. So gross! Not fair to the other people out there, including children, who wear masks to protect others. Go figure.
This place was absolutely slammed and chaotic with too many orders. Everyone looked so stressed, but all were working very hard and professionalism was maintained. Hope they get more help..
Usually no issues but definitely found a hair.
