In the past 7 months I've only been here 3 times... they always forget parts of your order... first time it happen... they gave me the wrong order... the whole thing... which I had to wait a whole 45 mins after I got there for them to fix their mistake... 2nd time I decided to give it another shot... and again failed to give me the right order... when I had called... they seemed bugged that I gotten the wrong order and at first didn't seem to believe me... when I got there the girl at the window was completely rude and gave me the worst customer service I've ever had... so I boycott this location for months... this last time was the final straw... they forgot a simple bottle of ranch... it took them 4x to answer the phone... to tell me the only way I can get a refund was to drive all the way back... it's cool I'll lose out on the 4.00... from now on I'll go to the other 2 locations that are further from my home just to avoid this place... never again...
I was very unsatisfied with my order. My pastrami sandwich the bread was cold and wet. My wife's turkey and swiss sandwich tasted different than it usually does she couldn't even finish it. It tasted like they used ranch instead of Italian. My large pepperoni pizza was poorly sliced and had way too much cheese disgustingly so. My kids ate one slice each and didn't like it. I had to toss out more than half of a pizza that I paid almost $20 for. I will not return to this location ever again.
We just picked up the worst pizza I've ever had. It was soggy and dripping with grease. Zero sauce. It was a blob of cheese and soggy crust. Not edible.Dions is one of my favorites but this location is terrible. This location also does not seem to know how to use a pizza slicer.We've had this issue in the past but thought we would give it another try. This time it was worse.Management needs to get a handle on this location.Waste of money.?
Got a sub standard pizza and they fixed the issue with the best pizza in the state. Incredible
We come to Dion’s all over town all the time. Honestly the portion sizes of salads are much smaller here. Ordered a full salad to go for $9 and the bowl hardly had any lettuce and 1 1/2 strips of chicken. Mentioned it at the counter and the gals said that’s how they come. Then, they forgot the salad dressing and I had to come back. It’s very rare for me to give a low review so Dion’s, please work on this!
I'm happy to report that the below incident was handled by assistant manager Julia and I received a credit for the burnt pizza. I received a delicious pizza like I am used to getting from Dion's.I order Dion's 3-5 times a month and it is almost always really good but the pizza I got this time was horrible. It's burnt and chewy. It seems like they microwaved it and kept it in the oven way too long. I don't know if it's because it's over cooked but it doesn't taste good either. I hope it's a one time thing but if I get another order this bad, I will stop going to Dion's.
I used to love this place but it's not the same. This time my Greek Salad is just light yellow lettuce, olives and feta .. a few tomatoes and soft croutons. It's so sour I can't even eat it. I also ordered a pepperoni pizza and that was good but this is the 2nd salad that has been this way. Last time they messed up my order and I got a cold pizza and meatballs.. no mas.
The pizza, the salads, the sandwich, and the dressings are wonderful but the brownie tastes like food coloring and raw nuts... It's like they added food coloring to get it it's brown color and they didn't even roast the nuts. The flour also tastes raw. Gross.
Restaurant is clean and staff are very courteous!
The service is always great & the food is always yummy!
