Pizza Salad

A very popular place, and the prices are wallet-friendly. We had pizza on a prior occasion, and it was okay. We had subs this time, and they were also okay. There is better food around, but there is also worse food around. We'll eat there again as it is the closest restaurant near our home. The service was great, and the place was clean.

I called and placed a sandwich order at 11am Told ready in 15. Arrived at 11:15 and paid. Was told it would be out in 5 minutes go park. At 11:30 still no order but now the window at pick up is backed up. I wait. Gal helps a woman parked at the window for 10 minutes waiting for like 8 pizzas. She never asks her to move for her wait. No she backs it up. So 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches from a nasty attitude with no apology, she yells at me that they are short on staff. So she lied to me, didn’t have my order ready and dumped me in the parking lot. No more Dions for us. Long time customer who hates bad service.

It’s pizza was cut in 1 million pieces manager acted like it was almost normal when I looked at the cook he had one of them smart remarks

I would give them a 5, but they got the order all wrong even though they read it out right. Of course we didn't realize until we got home. Food was still good, just not what we ordered or paid for.

Excellent food and customer service. Huge shout out to Josh for going above and beyond, he came out to my car to bring me a free drink and apologize for a slight delay. Josh needs a promotion!

Dion's is a bustling pizza place that serves a decent pizza. I have been here a few times and the pizza is fresh and the crust is crispy. I'm very pleased

Absolutely the best crunchy spinach salad. I've had this salad from different Dion's in Rio Rancho over the last three weeks and it is consistently made exactly the same every time. That's saying a lot that this company has such good standards in place that I can count on having exactly the same meal as I had the week before at a different Dion's store. The staff are outstanding. Again consistently pleasant, courteous and engaged with the customer. Kudos, keep up the great work.

Dions pizza and salads are great. Coming from a person who doesn’t really care for pizza, I like Dions. But when multiple locations don’t seem to bother trying to answer their phone calls it makes it hard to try and continue to keep coming back. Especially when they’re not getting orders done right, my husband ordered a full size salad and gets a half size with no baby tomatoes, egg and killed it with onions. I don’t know if they were just busy that night but if I’m going to spend money at your establishment I’d like my order to be made right.

I moved from New Mexico in 2020. Dions has always been one of my New Mexico staples. I was in town visiting my family and had to have my fix. My first impression of course was with a employee. I got to the counter and she just stared at me. I was waiting till she would say hello or may I help you but nothing. I said hello and she said what do you want? What happened to customer service? She took my order and I waited. I got home and in my sandwich box my dressing was missing. I’ve always been the biggest Dions fan but this was a disappointing visit.
