The girls working were absolutely great! I mentioned a food allergy and a custom blizzard. They went above and beyond to cleanse all surfaces before making the blizzard and double checking ingredients before making it.
BAD SERVICE THEY WEREN'T PAY ATTENTION WE ORDERED 3 LARGE BANANA SPLIT BLIZZARDS AND GOT THREE BANANA SPLITS WE TOLD THEM WE ORDERED THE LARGE BLIZZARDS THEN WE GOT THREE SMALL BLIZZARDS. THEN FINALLY WE GOT WHAT WE ORDERED AFTER ABOUT 25 MINUTES
Ice Cream is great! However, we rarely wanna take the 15 minute ride to go get it for a few reasons but mainly because the Inside Dining is ALWAYS closed and the Drive-thru is ALWAYS insane. It backs out onto Southern Blvd, which is SO dangerous and just not worth the risk. This DQ needs to figure out a different way to conduct business better and safer. Then, my family and I would DEFINITELY go there more often.
They aren't allowing anyone inside, even though dining restrictions were lifted. They claim its because they are short staffed but I could see 4 employees through the drive up window. I wanted to pick out my own ice cream cake, but no-go. I'll try the DQ on Coors instead next time
Closes at 830 but says is open till 9, drive thru open till 10pm but was closed at 830?? The owner must not care about his franchise no more I recall working for the old man and he was strict , now mind you that was like 17 years ago when service mattered and quality mattered, not the clock! Now days owners give up, and employees get lazy. Update your site hours that you close at 830 as well as drive thru, wouldn't have waisted my gas.
31 dollars for Cold hard chicken strips and 2 milkshakes. They forgot the sauces we asked for and was on our receipe .. had to wait in long line to ask for them. The person in the window acted like it was such an inconvenience for us having to wait another 20 minutes just to get sauces. Would not recommend.
We had the 3 strip chicken combo. It was hot and fresh. The chicken was tender and juicy while the breading was crisp. The gravy is excellent!
Went to drive up waited for 10 min. Line didn't move. We decided to go inside. Placed our order no one else was inside.. We sat there for 30 more min. Watching the cars in the drive up go by.. Decided to see what the hold up was. The girl failed to submit our order. At that point just got a refund and left. Verydisappointed with this place. Oh forgot to mention. tables were filty.
If you need an ice cream just go here great place for lunch or dinner too.
Went tonight and the blizzard was like milk. I can tell it had been sitting there. Certainly did not attempt to tip it upside down as Dairy Queen has always done. So disappointed I wasted time in drive thru to be a handed a liquid blizzard. Too long of a line to go back through. Can’t go inside and no one will answer a phone.
