Ordered cake MOJO Mud Pie ice cream with chocolate cake. Ice cream was only coffee. No MOJO in this birthday cake?
Got a medium smoothie. Dude put it in a medium cup and literally only filled half. I asked what the deal was and he said it was the “right amount but in the wrong cup”….what? The rest of our ice creams were poorly mixed. What a shame
Visiting New Mexico from out of state and came into this Cold Stone with my 5 year old niece and 6 year old nephew. The girl working didn't say hello, she just yelled out "excuse me, do you have a mask?" We don't wear mask. I said no we don't do you have one. She said "no sorry. If you don't have a mask you can't be here!"I think it's AMAZING that your business is making sooo much money that you discriminate against against ur company. If you're going to be a sheep you will NOT have our business. Shame on you!
It was super hot in the store and the ice cream was melting even on the marble. The guy who made my love it size barely filled the cup up to the edge and threw the rest of my ice cream away. He also did not chop up the banana but left it whole. I commented on it to Kayla who rang us up and she said that she "domes" hers so i was getting the same amount. I paid $7 for basically one scoop of ice cream. I normally love Coldstone but this store needs an attitude adjustment.

Wasn't able to delivery
Place was dirty, no clean tables even though they weren't busy. Employees acted like us being there was an inconvenience. Good ice cream...the only saving grace.
Had us wait and wait. 4 people working on a to go order and we were just standing there waiting. Finally, we just left. They didn't care; they did not apologize.
Ice cream is awesome, just wish the staff was as well. Not sure if maybe their too young but its not hard to give proper customer service. I simply asked for a waffle cone with nuts to have this employee shout and correct "hold on guys I need to make a waffle Bowl with nuts"Did not think it was such a difficult request. Anyway at least the ice cream was delicious...
I went to get an ice cream for my family because we love Coldstone. When I got home and started to dig into my ice cream I found a gross blonde hair. I did see a young man at the creamery with long hair and not wearing a hair net so I’m guessing it may be his. This is not only disgusting but unsanitary. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.
