Pulled up late night for some okra. Had to wait 3 minutes but it was so fresh and so delicious!
Worst chicken we've ever had. The chicken was cold, tasted like grease, and had more coating than chicken. The mashed potatoes were cold, and the corn on the cob was cold and had no butter on it. We used drive thru and there was a man getting his order thru drive thru. Only difference is that he was on foot. We had to wait a good 15 minutes before we even made it to the drive up window. 30.00 and change for an 8 piece chicken that was horrible! I wouldn't of given it a 1 star but was not given the option. I do not recommend this business.
I ordered a diet coke since I am a diabetic. When I recieved my drive through order I asked to ensure it is a DIET coke and was assured it was. After drinking 1/2 of te drink on the 15 minute drive home my blood sugar went from 100 to 200. NOT a diet coke. Please be careful people!!
The combo I purchased included a large drink but when I got my order I was given the regular sized drink. When I asked about it at drive through I was told I was wrong. I let it go because I don't need to drink all that soda but don't think it's cool too pay extra for something I don't get. I won't go back, Popeyes is better anyway.
Haven't had it in years.. so I was like a kid in a candy store. 2 piece spicy meal. Blonde hair girl w nose ring... Forgot her name and I promised her.. BUT.. she was is awesome customer service. I KNOW that... Fast food is hard work! You rock!! Thx for a quick great visit. New to Rio Rancho NM!! Yeaaa
Did a drive thru order on 4/2/22 and was very disappointed. Ordered a 3 pc Tenders and a 3 pc Chicken dinner. The Chicken dinner had 2 chicken wings and a Thigh the Tenders were like jerky. When paying $9 for a dinner you would like to have something better. Two Chicken wings are not a very good offering. The tenders like already stated reminded me of a tough jerky. The fried Okra was not good also. Overall not a good dining experience and will not go back. The bad thing is you don’t realize you got a bad meal until you get home. Very glad to see Popeye’s has a new store across the street. Next time I will go elsewhere.
Random times of operation. Google says they confirmed with the business 5 days ago that this restaurant is open until 8pm on Saturdays, but I just tried to order at the drive-thru at 7:25pm. A voice came on and informed me that they were closed. It's tough to choose a place for dinner if I have no reliable way to know when they're open.
Horrible management here, the woman I spoke to, spoke with an accent, she was completely rude called me a lier because my food was prepared wrong. She refused to give me her name that’s why I had to refer to her as the woman who spoke with an accent. Another manager had said he would replace my order because of the mishap but she refuses to believe that was the case.. what happened to customer service??
Just got home after purchasing the chicken fried steak with Mac & cheese not mashed potatoes and an apple pie. I was charged for the premium side. I get home and have no Mac & cheese, the lid was not on the gravy so it was in the bag all over the apple pie. The only thing that was good was the chicken fried steak and the biscuit. Sure would be nice if they would have taken more care with the order. It was not busy so that is not an excuse. I tried to call but no one answered at 8:12pm but I do not know what time they close. I went on Monday evening at 8:55pm and they said they had just dumped everything and were closed.
Jalapeno bites were old the cheese was hard, forgot the white gravy. We were the only customers so they can't use the excuse that they were to busy to get my order correct.
