Try the $10.99 special. A soft drink or upgrade to beer. A soup & bacon burger that I added hatch green Chile .Of course fries! Hard pressed to find a combo like that. Many choices. We love fajitas occasionally & three meat player when I'm really hungry!Great service & friendly staff.
Fun atmosphere at Chili's as always. I got the 6 Oz sirloin with sides of street corn and loaded mashed potatoes. The steak was really good. Just the right size! The street corn was very good too and well seasoned. The loaded mashed potatoes tasted like there was a lot of sugar in them. Very strange. The service was good too very friendly.
If you live in RR and are headed to a chain restaurant that starts with the letter A....stop....turnaround...and head to THIS restaurant instead. I mean make a Bee line over to Chilis. You will find the food and SERVICE vastly superior. Admittedly their beer selection needs some help and I haven't had any cocktails there recently but their margaritas have always been good. I have recently eaten at both restaurants and there is no...I mean no.. comparison.
I've always like Chili's. Our hostess didn't come by our table to ask if we needed a refill or if we needed anything else. We were there for 1 1/2 hours. It wasn't that busy. Need to train your hostess.
Great service and friendly staff!
Ordered to 2 nachos for curbside pick up. Each box had 6 chips in burnt queso. $11 for 6 chips, burnt queso and nothing else. Not even edible. Chilis has disappointed for the last time. Service has gone down hill as well as the food.
Worst service. This was the amount of chicken for the crisper they give you. And the steak is ridiculous. Avoid this place at all cost. It took an hour for this mess
Appears they're still working out some staff issues, but food was excellent. Our server, although extremely busy did an excellent job of taking care of us. We both had chicken soft tacos for lunch.. very good.
I was able to sit and have a margarita in a section that no one else was sitting in. I very much appreciated the host sitting me away from the noise by the bar, and the server being very kind to make sure I had whatever I wanted as soon as possible. He even wrote a smile face on the receipt. I could tell he enjoyed his job and that stands out to me and makes a world of a difference in the restaurant industry.
My husband and I used to frequent this location quite a bit. However, this location in Rio Rancho has really gone downhill. Service is slow, food is awful, and staffing is a problem. My husband and I went here on Saturday, February 12, 2022. It took about 20 minutes to be seated, although there were many tables unused. We were sat in the bar area, which we typically don't like to do but we weren't given the option. The waiter/bartender gave us our utensils and napkins which were full of food and a liquid substance which soaked through the utensil paper and straws. He asked what we wanted to drink which was water. Another lady brought us our drinks and my cup had food smeared on the outside. At this point we were pretty disgusted with our experience. Once the waiter came back we told him about the dirty items and said we weren't going to order and left. We were very disappointed! We proceeded to another Chili's in Albuquerque on Coors. We had a great experience there!
