Again ordered the Spicy Chicken Biscuit and again unimpressed with the size of the piece of chicken, it appears inflation has affected their portion size, the biscuit itself is still the same size, chicken fails in comparison. Supposed to be a "chicken biscuit" not a "biscuit chicken." This is the 3rd time in a row I've had identical results.

Love the chicken sandwich. I love the waffles French fries. Great Service. Go early and get in line

This chick FIL a is always amazing the staff is absolutely incredible they are always helpful from helping clean off our trays, getting us refills, bringing our food and just over all casual chat to see how our day has been the food is always great and comes out fast I am however upset about them getting rid of the chicken tortilla soup. It's not this locations fault but I absolutely loved it and to see it taken off the menu is upsetting. We stopped in on our way to see Blippi the Musical

When you just need an easy good dinner it's chicken strips for the win. Ice cold lemonade. They literally have the best system and customer service I have ever received!!!

My wife and I placed a mobile order for a salad and chicken sandwich with chick fil a sauce. We get our food and have never had an issue before will our orders. We give everything a brief glance and head back home (20 mins away). We get home and we find out that we are missing all of the sauces on the order and the toppings for the salad. I call and speak with someone that states they are a “manager”. She tells me that “unfortunately there’s nothing I can do besides you heading back to the restaurant with the items and we can replace them”. There is nothing to take to the restaurant since we don’t have the sauces or the topping for the Salad. I told her that I would not be waisting 40 mins round trip to go and pick the items up again. Her response was “okay” and hung up. Terrible service from a chain that claims to be strong in customer service. Order number 6792893.

I’m a frequent customer who normally has a very enjoyable experience. Long lines in the drive through are mitigated by friendly personnel and although I had to wait 17 minutes in line at the drive through 7:46-8:03, it seemed to be moving for the duration of my wait. Got our food and made it home without checking the bag because I have trust for this Chick-fil-A (frequent shopper). Unfortunately, our order was without one of the 2 sandwiches I ordered. I called and they said I could get a credit for the sandwich or pick it up. I said I’m already on my way back. When I got there after leaving my family at home to enjoy dinner, I was told my sandwich would be ready soon. I asked if I would get anything for my trouble which they replied a fry, even though I already had my fry. I was expecting a free sandwich or an offer of something, this is a pretty big inconvenience. I mean gas is over 4 dollars a gallon and I had to drive 20+ miles to get my sandwich I already paid for and I should have received the first time. They said sorry that’s all we can do for you, and all I can do is leave a bad review.

I had not visited this location for about 2 years so posting only for this most recent experience. This was a drive-thru visit and was associated with a partnership between the store and the local schools. I love the partnership and local support this establishment displays.This location can be difficult to access from the main intersection without driving through adjacent business parking lots depending on which way one is arriving from. My route this time took me all the way to the back of an auto repair shop and down a rear alley easement. However, upon arriving and finding both drive -thru lanes open and about 35 cars ahead of me (before rush/dinner hour), I was happy to find it took less than 15 minutes to get my order.The order was correct for me and the others in the vehicle, and the food was delicious. Sauces and special requests were met, and the person at the order kiosk was friendly, knowledgeable, overall helpful.While in the traffic line, there were two staff members in training and they were trying to figure out how to move orange cone/pylons around for no apparent reason (not saying there wasn't one). I was concerned one could have been injured in the traffic, and felt less than confident in their training. I'm sure this goes without saying for most establishments in the current market, but safety is a priority to me.Overall, good experience for me, but could use a little improvement.

On 2-1-2022 at just after 5 pm I ordered via the drive thru. 2 spicy chic Filet sandwhiches and 2 Fries. At just under $15.00 I got the most disgusting food .The Sandwhich bread was soggy and partially missing. The Chicken Filets on each were hard and look/tasted reheated in old grease. The Waffle Fries were soggy cold and hard to chew. The ride home from pick up is under 3 minutes. I will never go to a Chic Filet again! I was ripped off!!

One of my favorite places to eat and COMPLETELY disappointed at the fact I ordered 2 30 piece nuggets and got 2 sauces. I called and questioned a staff member Hanna I believe and she said “sorry we were just going off the order” $35 spent and completely disappointed

I'm not sure how this location has so many good reviews, as our experiences have been frustrating more often than not. We usually use the app or drive through. A few things happen almost always: fries are filled halfway (and soggy), dressings and toppings for our Salads are missing, and sauces we ask for are missing. The friendliness of employees at the pickup window is usually lacking. Also. When we do notice something is missing and go inside, they are not very friendly about it. I've complained about this issue with hopes it will improve but this year we have had no luck. We still love chickfila but we will try to choose another location over this one.
