This particular location takes forever to get orders out. I'm not sure if it has always taken that long, but sometimes you can be waiting up to 10 minutes for an order that has 2 burgers and nothing else. The food is decent, but I feel like it used it be better back in the day.

Half way through our order, I stopped, and after deciding I didn't want to shout across from the passenger seat anymore, we went inside to order. We stood there a couple minutes looking at the menu, already knowing what my order was gonna be. I was just starting to look for someone to take my order when this girl popped up and immediately apologized for the (not even really) wait and started taking our order. I noticed she had a couple newly healed burns, and as a former fast food employees myself, asked about them (bacon grease), showed her some from working the fryers on my arms, completed my order and genuinely thanked us for our visit. When our order was finished, another guy handed me our bag and thanks us and was headed out, when Harmony stopped me and ran up with a burger that was missing and checked to make sure both orders of fries were there. So I wanted to say thank you Harmony. It is refreshing to see someone with actual hustle, a great attitude and real respect for their job. In an industry that is notorious for hiring individuals that have terrible work ethics and attitudes, Harmony stands out as someone to appreciate at that Carl's Jr.

Whoever was at the drive thru needs to learn respect! I could see why that place was empty and Wendy's was busy. I was ordering for two people and had different coupons, the girls said "sorry, only one coupon per car" which is something I never got told before anywhere, at any restaurant. Why send people coupons if your not going to let them use them. Maybe they should stop sending coupons. You lost me as a customer and I am definitely going to tell people not to go there. Word of mouth goes really far.

Wendy's at 9pm taking only mobil app orders,Carl hrs next,I ordered one onion ring large dp,please make onion rings extra crispy, do you think more like raw ,and then the charged me for 2 orders.next I only wanted one order.

Came to grab a bite after work and the workers skills need improvement, I ordered a few things and the girl who took my order was nice in the beginning but began to have an attitude, didn't even tell me how much the order was even after we pulled up to the window, I just felt like I should have never pulled up and ordered anything. I felt unwanted and very discouraged. Hope the next visit is less of a let down.

This is the closest location to my house and so I end up eating here often, all of the times the food has been of a good quality however the drinks sometimes have an off mix.

Don't accept cash for purchases. Never going back.Response to comment left three weeks ago just now answered.You state your primary concern is your employees safety however credit and debit cards are just as dirty as cash. With cash we don't have to worry about our card numbers being stolen. The science does not support your position on cash transferring the covid virus. We prefer to dine at places where the primary concern is actually the customers. Without us you will not thrive or survive.

Burger was good. Just be aware of a DECEPTIVE billing practice at the drive up. I specifically said only drink and burger. Got home and found fries and a receipt showing I got charged for the unwanted item. Don't assume they're honest. Check your receipts before leaving the drive up window
