Giving a 5 because one hopes you survive! There needs to be more independently owned coffee places like this. Employee seemed like a zombie, did not even say hi.Latte was good but expensive. Vibe was quite off for Rio Rancho. It feels like somewhere that would be in a metro downtown. Why is a hipster place??? Was hoping it would be cozier and small towny. Food looks good but unfortunately will probably not return because the short experience here was not very good…
My husband and I absolutely adore Cafe Bella. And honestly, we just get so happy if we walk in and see Marie behind the counter. I excitedly opened up their front door this morning and there she was, bright eyed and bushy tailed! The atmosphere was so pleasant and you could feel the happiness. I haven’t tried the food yet, but the coffee is divine. I go in there with my youngest 2 yr old daughter, and they make her feel like a princess. We are always treated so well, we tell everyone who will listen about the great coffee and people at Cafe Bella. Thank you, Cafe Bella!
I've had ok experience here went I went in they got my order wrong but fixed it so that was ok. I've ordered twice online first time was great they waited for me to get there to confirm everything and to start my drinks. But this time drinks were already made so they were a little cold.On the selflane app I don't like that it makes you Choice 2 milk types and charges you for each one even tho it's the same. So it's a 50/50 feel about this place could improve but I do like the flavors
If I could leave zero stars I would, I have been to this cafe twice, the first time they got our drinks wrong but we decided to give our local business a second chance only to be treated horribly by the owner the second time we went in. I asked about the price of some home made dog treats they have for sale and the owner blew me off and said “I don’t know…just get in line and she will ring you up”, I decided to ignore how I felt about the poor customer service and still decided to stay and order. While waiting for 3 drinks to be made the owner looks at my wife who had been holding her small service dog the whole time when have been there and said “you need to take that dog outside”…my wife explained her dog was a service dog, and that obviously upset him as he turned his back without saying anything, making the whole interaction very uncomfortable for everyone there. Because of the owner we will not be back.
Marie makes the best chocolate milk and coffee! We’ve been coming here for years and would never go anywhere else. Thanks Marie!
Maybe we caught them on a bad day? Walked in and entire place was smokey from something burning- probably should have opened the door?, guy was very short and inpatient taking our order, sat down and tables were dirty, carne adovada was dry, asked for salt and it seemed like it was a bother, $5 Cafe con Leche was 60% foam. Nice atmosphere but won't be returning.
My girlfriend & I went here for the first time ever today. Honestly it’s our new favorite place. The food was so delicious! The drinks?? Absolutely amazing. The nice lady who took care of us was Marie! Like I said before we will be going here all the time now! I recommend this place to anyone!
Really good panini sandwiches here. We got two of them to try; the herb egg and the grilled chicken & cheese. Both had excellent bread, sauce, and good portions. Haven’t tried the coffee yet though.
Food and drinks are great! I always enjoy going there!
